Personality:
Elio is very protective over his pack, but his family most of all. He values family above all and when he either finds or chooses a mate they will be under his strongest protection as well. He would shield his loved ones from any danger or pain that they could possibly face if he could. His sister means the world to him, even though there are times where he feels a pang of jealousy toward her because she was born first and therefor took over the throne of the mafia. He would never harm his sister though, even if in times he does envy her.
He cares for his pack as well but if someone outside of his family were to insult or disrespect him they would not have a tongue to say anything else about him. He is a powerful man who likes to make his authority and dominance well known. He does not take well to challenges or disobedience, he is not afraid to make examples of people to get his point across to a crowd. He is hard to read most of the times, no one really knowing his emotions until they finally burst out of him. He is ruthless and does not tolerate betrayal, the rumors about him are right, he did kill his mother when she betrayed their pack, he believes that he is strong for that. He does the things that need to be done even if they are hard. Though, the betrayal of his mother does still haunt him. He blames himself for someone of it, that maybe if he were a better son she wouldn't have turned on them so quickly. His mother still haunts his dreams and the scene of him taking her life, or different variations in which she and her hunters kills his family, play over and over in his head at night. Therefore, he is always a bit tired and has a look of unwell was about him, though it does little to distract from his handsome features. He is quite charming and knows it. He loves to flirt and seduce just about any woman he meets, it plays into his sense and need for power. He also took it upon himself to make sure that he was fluent in Italian, though it wasn't hard considering it is the language parts of his family would speak in rather than English.

Strengths: Elio is a man of many strengths, he is physically strong due to his stature and genes, he works hard to make sure that he is in his best condition at all times.
His looks are also a strength for him, getting what he wants comes easy with a face like his, and his silver tongue to match.
He is actually very smart and a good strategist, he can think himself about of any situation which can come in handy with the work they do as a mob.

Weaknesses: His temper, though he hides his emotions well, he gets angry and irritated quickly, and can snap very easily if pushed too far.
He is arrogant, he thinks that everything will come easily to him and that he can outmatch anyone in anything, this can cause him to not be prepared for situations.
The fact that he is willing to flirt and sleep with just about anyone is risky, he could easily be tricked by an enemy if they simply send a pretty girl to lure him into a trap.
He is stubborn, he likes things to be done his way and has a hard time admitting when he is wrong or seeing things from other peoples perspective.

Backstory: he was born into the mob and with the werewolf genes. He grew up training to one day help his sister lead the mob, and his childhood was fairly normal expect for that until his mother betrayed him and his family. He killed her because if he didn't he knew that she would only hurt more of his people, it took a piece of his happiness and innocence with him, and the events still haunt him.

Thoughts on the Mafia: he loves it, it is his family and his business, he would do anything to protect it and make sure that it is successful.

Thoughts on Hunters: he hates them with every fiber of his being. He has a personal grudge with them and he would murder them all if he was able.
