Hawkpaw is a confident cat but every day he has to live with the fact that his warrior name could be that of his great uncle; Hawkfrost, which every cat in the tribe hates. Hawkpaw has to train even harder than the other apprentices and become the best warrior he can be. He tries to show as much respect as he can but when other cats look at him the only see Hawkfrost.
