Khal could be described as serious, intelligent, hard-headed, and a male that sticks strictly to his morals. Khal can be rather stubborn and sketchy at times, not a person that most would place their trust in. For the most part, he's calm, collected, and resourceful, traits that keep his sanity from hitting an all time low. Khal is extremely intelligent as a prince, having a photographic memory that allows him to do things that others simply could not do without a sheet of paper to use as a reference. This gift can make Khal extremely dangerous, able to only glance at a paper and write down word for word what is said, no matter how long it is. On his darker side, Khal can be strict, and he yells an awful lot when he becomes angered, often lashing out at the person whom he argues with accidentily. He is fiercely protective over those that he cares for. Khal doesn't seem to see any problem with killing people, male or female, adult or child. Once you crack through his shell, Khal can be a bit gentle and sweet, having one of the most contagious smiles around. He isn't afraid to show how he feels, but when things become romantic he tends to stray away from it or avoid it all together.

He was taught how to fight and lead his people, and is known as one of the best fighters of his time due to his tactful skills. He has a strained relationship with his twin sister, and tends to avoid her altogether.
