Ivy felt a foot connect with her side as she was roughly dropped onto the ground. The raider with a bleeding hand had been carrying her away from their last sleeping place. Karis had been knocked unconscious. "You little wrench!" Hissed the raider, kicking her multiple times, "Biting my hand earlier! Squirming so much! Why can't you just be still?!"

"Because then you'd be getting what you want, and you don't deserve that!" A kick to the face, and Ivy felt dizzy. She felt a wet, warm feeling ooze from her nose down her lip. After what felt like a life time – but was really only two hours – she could hear more voices and people. Her vision cleared after a moment and she could see maybe thirty raiders in what seemed to be a quarry.

She and Karis had their arms tied behind their backs, and their legs were tied together. There was a man there who seemed to be in charge of this group. He got up on a giant block of stone that was behind Karis and ivy, standing up he projected his voice and spoke.

"Two of our own, John and Kenny," He signalledto the two who dragged ivy and Karis here, "Brought us the people who destroyedone of our out posts! Two. Little. girls." There were a few out raged cries,"Twenty eight of our own were killed by two little brats barely out of their diapers!What does that say about us?" There was a murmur. "If the commonwealth hearsthat two tiny girls killed twenty eight of us, they are going to laugh! We –all of us – will be laughing stalks. We need to up our game!" there was a loudcry of agreement from his men. Ivy began to giggle.

Mac Cready had no clue how Rachel could see so well in the dark, but he wastrusting her on finding the other two. He had no idea about this whole trackingthing, But she seemed to know a bit about it.

A frustrated sound came from said Rachel up ahead, "What's the matter? Did youlose the trail?" He asked. "Not entirely, but it's getting smaller!" Shecomplained. It was easier when the blood was obvious, but the splatters ofblood had gone down to simple droplets.

"Sounds like you two are having a bit of a problem." Came a very smooth voice.Mac cready turned slowly, but Rachel – to hide her glee – wielded her gun andturned on Nick valentine, pretending to not know who he was – because sheprobably shouldn't. Said Valentine held up his hands, "Easy now, I'm not gonnahurt ya'. What's up, maccready?"

"right now? Two of my employers have been kidnapped."

"Two of them?"

"They all payed together. They were a group. We've been following a trail to em'but it's running cold."

"We'll," Nick looked to Rachel, "I'll be happy to help you out."

"For how much?" She lowered her gun as nick took the lead, "We'll figure thatout once we've helped out the other two. Now, let's get moving!" They all tookoff at a jog, following Nick.

Yay, Nick Valentine! Whenever i first started playing fallout 4 i was really loving that guy, and i was dissapointed that you couldn't have him as a romantic companion, But he's brilliant, anyway.
