"Please (y/n), I'm just asking for one date. That's all it is" begged a short skeleton from the front of your house door. "I tolled you, I'm not interested. You've been trying to ask me out for years now, just let it be" your words stung the short skeleton as his eyes downcast towards the floor. With his shoulders slump, his back slouched, and a frown on his face he sighed as he then left your house.

'Ugh! Why can't he just take a hint, I'm just not into him that way' as you closed the door you were soon met with the saddened glances of your monster friends. Mettaton being the first to speak up asked "Hon why don't you give him a chance, he seems kinda sweet" of course he would think that, he thinks that about almost everyone. "Because the last time I dated someone that desperate they turned out to be a rich jerk who couldn't even pay for a meal without mommy and daddy's money." You said as you sat back in your seat at the corner of the couch. You've been sharing a house with your friends for about three years. And for each of those three years they've heard the same conversation between you and that other skeleton at least three times each month of every year.

"It c-can't be th-that bad to at l-least go on o-one date with him" Alphys stated with a small blush on her cheeks as she sat next to Undyne on the other couch that was right across from you. "Yeah punk, just go out with him once. And if you don't like him then you won't have to do it again" Undyne suggested as she wrapped her arm around Alphys. "Ugh! Why are all of you guys on his side?" You said as you buried your face in your hands, your (h/l) (h/c) hair covering your face as you do so. "It's not like your gonna have to marry him after dinner" said a small voice that you assumed belong to frisk.

"I don't even know his name" you said as you moved your hair out of your (e/c) eyes.
