Reaper rolled out of his bed, groaning tiredly. He looked around his room, noticing his scythe. Happiness drained out of his body. Guilt weighed his chest down as he stood up, placing his cloak over his cold shoulders.

He stared out the window, rain slowly dripping down. He slid his arms into his cloak and yawned. He reached for his scythe. He felt shivers as he touched the cold wooden handle of the weapon that he would use to kill the one that he may love.

Reaper was unsure. He resisted killing Geno without knowing why. As he walked out the door, thoughts flooded his head. His heart was pounding as he opened the glowing portal to the void. He solemnly stepped into Geno's forever home.

Geno's face lit up as soon as reaper strides into the room. "Hey! How come you brought that swordy thingy?" Geno said, smiling. His happy face faded into sad after he remembered. "Oh... yeah.. I guess the time has come."

Genos voice was quiet and broken. "Trust me, Geno. I don't want to. I need to." Reaper stared into geno's eyes helplessly. "Please! Reaper... I'm finally happy. You make me happy. You make me... alive again."

Geno had tears rolling down his face. Reaper held back tears as he raised his scythe above his cloaked head. "I'm sorry, Geno." He said. And as he swung, geno screamed "Stop!!"
Reapers eyes opened, staring at his crying eyes.

"I love you." Geno said, his voice cracking as he quietly cried. Reaper dropped his scythe. He couldn't hold back his tears any longer. He cried out. "I... I love you too." He said, lowering down on his knee, smiling softly at Geno.

"I would wipe your tears, but, I'd accidentally kill you." Geno laughed, the sound ringing through Reapers mind and striking him straight in the heart. Reaper blushed. The portal suddenly opened, reapers co-worker pulling him back into his dimension.
