"Ugh...I hate school..." I said as i continued to type on my computer

We had to write a huge report on for stupid reading. It had to be seven pages long and there were only six days left. I didn't even get to the second page! ugh...this might be a while. But....

I looked over to the right of me to look at a computer chip on my desk. A guy gave it to me at school. He said that it would help me get things done faster. I didn't like cheating and i knew that it would get me in trouble, but i knew i wouldn't be able to get this done by myself. What do i got to lose? A little cheat couldn't hurt.

I picked up the chip and turned it over. A piece of paper was tapped on it. It read, "S.E.T.O.exe" I had no clue what it stood for, but i didn't care. I stuck it into the computer and waited for it to do its magic.

I jumped back a bit when it spoke. I had no clue it would do that.

"Seto.exe downloading" it said. So it was Seto not S.E.T.O. I didn't stand for anything.

For some reason i thought it talked back. I guess i seemed pretty stupid to talk to it.

"You talk?" I asked it. It didn't talk back. It really wasn't a surprise.

I stared at my computer until it finally said that it downloaded. The tab that i had opened immediately closed. I didst expect it to be able to close and open things. The tab that had my homework on it opened, but when it did, nothing was there.

"Hey! What did you do?!" I yelled at it. Another small tab opened. It was called "Seto.exe" Words typed out on it and it spoke too.

"Seto.exe found that bad." It said.

Whoa...this was really high-tech. It responded to me.

"uh...Ok...." I replied. "Are you starting from scratch?"

It replied back. "Seto.exe needs download first"

Another tab popped up. This time, it asked to download. I had too say yes because the no wouldn't let me click it and neither did the "X" button. It started to download right away.

Since it looked like it would take a while to download, i decided to talk to Seto.exe more.

"Your a homework program right?" i asked

"Seto.exe is lots of programs, Matt."

Holy shit it knew my name. Well, it was a program and i named my computer that so i guess it would be able to know my name. I asked it the question anyway.

"How do you know my name?"

"Seto.exe knows lots of things about you" it said.

ok....now i was freaked out. I had just downloaded it and i didn't have really anything about me on my computer. Unless it was just saying that to scare me...but programs didnt have a personality, nor a mind of there own.

The other program for Seto finally downloaded, but it didnt do anything.

"Are you going to do my homework?" i demeanded

"Seto.exe does not like you harsh tone"

"You can pick up emotions too?"

"Seto.exe does not take orders from User Matt"

Ok.. now i was really scared. It didnt take orders. Then how was it supposed to know what to do? I decided just to leave it and let it do its thing, but i couldnt move. My eyes semmed to be gluded to the screen. I couldnt look away.

"But your a-" it quickly cut me off before I could say anymore

"Seto.exe does not listen to anyone. Seto.exe is self-controlled"

This can't be good...I thought to myself. I tried and tried to move an get away, but I still couldn't.

"What are you doing to me?!" I yelled at it. I tried to hold back years of stress and fear.

"Ending you"

My computer froze then turned off. The lights that were on in my houses turned off. I was horrified, but glad I was in control of my body again.

As I quickly turned to run, I stopes dead in my foot steps. Bright purple eyes stared back at me. That was the last thing I saw before everything went black.

"Goodbye Matt"
