Convenient Hand Guns
"Some of the most poisonous people come disgusted as friends, and family."

Confessions: Lucas-
I didn't mean to become her enemy, or make her feel that I betrayed her. It just seemed that Daya was the better choice.

You know that moment in the middle of the night when someone wakes you up, and you feel like whipping out the hand guns you conveniently have and firing lead into them?
.
.
.
Yea...that's how I felt when a certain blue eyed ice mage launched damn pebbles at my bedroom window.
At midnight. On a Friday.
The pitter patter of the pebbles slowed, making me breathe out and enjoy the comfortable silence.
I let my eye lids slowly get heavier as I began to drift off.
.
.
.
My eyes soon shot open again,
'Someone's there.'
My once annoying conscience told me.
I grabbed the baseball bat that I also conveniently have and shot up to turn on the lights.
...It was a bad idea to do that might I add in. No, a horrible idea.
I cringed at the sudden brightness that my eyes were exposed to.
"Nice undies."
I turned and dropped the bat when I realized it was only the stupid blue eyed jerk again, I could already tell that there was a smirk forming on his lips....his plump, perfect, soft, amazing - Andddd there goes my annoying conscience again.
I narrowed my eyes completely disregarding the comment. "Why are you in my room? What you are doing is called breaking and entering."
Storm hopped off my window sill onto the comfy chair that was right by it. "Well you left your window unlocked so its partially your fault I'm here."
Still cocky as ever I see.
"Well get out, I don't want your scent getting on my stuff. If my dad even gets a sniff of you he'll flip."
"I'm not leaving till you agree to become my fake girlfriend."
This bullpoop again?
I face planted into my bed and let my mind say profanities too tainted too say aloud.
"Its the last week of the games Fullbuster, and the last week of summer. I have no time for your crap."
He fixed his black hoodie and simply said "then make time."
I turned and glared into his ocean blue depths of his eyes. I fought of dominance in the staring war but with one stern look my brown eyes looked away, making him the winner.
In the moping of my loss I said something I'd regret for the rest of my junior year.
"Sure."
His blue pools of eyes sparkled in triumph. "Perfect, you made the right choice princess."
"I hardly believe that I did..." I mumbled into my pillow.
With a swift swish and a light slam of a window the annoying ice mage was gone from my sights, and I could finally get my beauty sleep.....or so I thought.

"Nash– you look a little...terrifying."
I looked up from the burnt pancakes that had been the center of my attention for a good 15 minutes now.
"Really?" I asked sarcasm laced in my voice like thread, "I hadn't noticed."
"Well you should've, you look like you got hit with one of mom's lectures again." My brother, Lucas, chuckled.
I stabbed my pancake, letting the burnt flakes fall off. "Since you seem to care SOOO much, I'll let you know that I wasn't. I was just a bit...occupied last night."
I felt the silence that surrounded us earlier take over again as I stared at my extra crispy pancakes again.
"Well, what were you occupied with last night?–Or should I say, who?"
Lucas asked scanning me over.
My eyes shot up and glared down into his hazel eyes.
"It's none of your god damn business. You never really cared what happened before, you shouldn't care now."
I pushed myself up from the chair and grabbed my bag,
"After all, you were the one who agreed to replace me with Daya too, right?"
I took one last look at his guilty hazel eyes before I stormed out of the door, and headed to the stadium.
You know that moment that people think they know you but they barely know anything, and you feel like whipping out your hand guns– That you conveniently have of course, and firing lead into them?
Yea, that's how I feel.
