This is Inca! She's a RainWing princess! She has a pet snake named Allium! The locket on her chain contains a key to a mechanism similar to the one in the Dragonets of Destiny's cave. The mechanism is an entrance to a lush cave where she grows different plants and keeps different animals. There's also an underground stream in that cave.

She also got burned in a forest fire, so here's how she looked like after that and while she was healing!

She's certainly back to normal now!
