"That bitch," Thalia muttered over and over, "I thought we were friends."

"Um Thalia?" Jason said quietly.

"I hate her," Thalia sputtered, "That little shit can go burn."

"Um, Sis? You might wanna see this," Jason said.

"I swear, I thought she had changed," Thalia was on the verge of tears.

"THALIA!" Jason yelled.

The entire Great Hall hushed. Jason Grace never yelled.

"What?!" She sobbed in reply.

"Look!" Jason pointed over to Luke, "Piper kneed him in the groin right after he started kissing her!"

Annabeth looked to Luke, sure enough Luke was bent over in the fetal position with Madame Pomfferey tending to him.

"Why would she do that?" Annabeth said.

"She likes someone else..." Thalias voice trailed off, "I was talking to ger amd she said she liked someone, but never said who. Once I saw Luke and her I thought she meant him..."

"Percy come with me," Annabeth said.

She led Percy to the corridor Piper had ran down.

She stopped him and pulled him towards a window.

"Piper likes you," Annabeth said.

Percy's green eyes flickered with shock, he ran his hands through his dark hair. The moonlight shown through and his eyes seemed to glow. Annabeth never realized how beautiful his eyes were...

"What?!" He exclaimed, "Are you crazy? She hates me!"

"I know, but everythin starts to make sense now: Piper decided to sit with us on the train here and tried being nice, and when I walked your sister to the bathroom to change we walked past her compartment and heard her crying, because we kicked her out amd you were especially rude about it when you siblings sat with her. She's been very friendly with Thalia, one of your best friends, she hasn't pranked you or me or Jason all year, and she seemed in a bit of a good mood when she was placed between Jason and you!" Annabet told him, "it's so obvious!"

Percy looked down the corridor. Annabeth turned her head to see who it was that he was looking at.

Piper was sitting on a bench, her head buried into her knees.

"Go talk to her," Annabeth demanded.

"We aren't even friends!" Percy said. He crinkled his nose a bit, he had a cute nose, it had a few freckles...

"Well she's trying, we just thought it was a prank, but she really meant it. She's sorry, and it's about time we forgive her," Annabeth said.

"Why can't you talk to her?" Percy said.

"Because, she like likes you," Annabeth said.

Percy blew his messy hair out of his face, he had such soft looking hair...

"Fine," he said sternly, "I'm gonna go talk to her. Happy?"

Annabeth smiled and hugged him. He hugged back, he had a bit of muscle on him...

He let go and walked down towards Piper.
