I was running as fast as I could tugging along Nico, who was stumbling behind me trying to keep up. I could feel the soft powdery sand grains between my toes as the beach scenery past us in a blur. I was half way to the ocean when two figures stop me in Mid-step. I realized it was Annabeth and piper so I stopped short, and Nico almost rammed into them if I didn't pull him back. Nico and I looked at each other with confused expressions on our faces, while the girls both look smug. Piper spoke first breaking the silence "Percy do you know what your wearing" I replied " um clothes that your mom blessed me with?" Then Annabeth continued "exactly Percy you can't go in the water without a bathing suit and you can't wear your bathing suit so....." Piper finished her sentence "WERE GOING TO GET YOU A BIKINI!!!". Piper said it so loud that the other turn to see who was going to get a bikini, I even heard Leo yell "OH YEAH".I had a horrified look on my face as they grabbed both my arms and stared to whisk me away, I called out for Nico to help "NICO DONT LET THEM TAKE ME!" He had Sympathy in his eyes but was trying to contain himself from giggling.I tried to reason with them " come on guys please don't do this I'm a child of Poseidon so I can't get wet if I don't want to" " stop making excuses, but lighten up this is going to be fun" Annabeth said brightly.
