summary: pastel!short!desperate!phil is new to the school that is practically owned by the one and only..dan howell.

phil walks up to the school building starring at it, afraid. intimidating, he thought he sighs straightening his oversized pastel blue jumper and pulling up his short shorts along with the kitten thigh highs, fixing his flower crown. he needs to look perfect. 

as phil walks in his class that took ages too find, all eyes land on him and suddenly he's blushing getting a bit self conscious "phil lester? correct?" the young woman asked looking directly at him "u-um y-ya I'm n-new" he mentally slaps himself for stuttering. "right" she nods "sit over there next to mr howell, and yes howell no causing trouble with this kid please" she rolled her eyes while this 'dan' guy smirked at her looking quite smug. 

phils POV

i walk over to the sit next to dan which is all the way in the back of the class, "umm hi" i say quietly looking down "hey cutie" he replies with a cocky smirk, i feel my face suddenly heat up and i instantly know I'm blushing like an idiot, now that I've gotten a closer look at dan he's actually really hot...his fringe is dyed red he has piercings all over his face and judging from his neck I'm guessing he's covered in tattoos oh how i love guys with tattoos. "like what you see?" i snap out of my trance he's surprisingly put me in and blush madly... I've been starring at him the whole time, oh my god I'm so embarressed. i quickly look away and doodle on my notebook but i can still see dans eyes burning into me under his (lustful??) stare.

once the period ends i quickly gather up my things and run out the door yet to be bumped into someone, "OI WHATS YOUR PROBLEM" a boy with dirty blonde hair and green eyes looks at me "i-im s-s-s-orry it was an accident" i said weakly, "well lemme teach you a fucking lesson so you don't do that again how bout that (cash me ousside how bout dat, sorry i had to XD) he grabbed my arm roughly pulling me outside, behind the school he pushes me against the wall "your a faggot aren't you?well guess what? I'm your worst nightmare" he grins evilly punching my stomach, i gasp and cry out in pain tears running wildly across my cheeks 'HEY" we hear outta nowhere the guy lets go of me and i fall with a thud "shit" he mutters i look at why he just stopped and see dan there coming closer. "the fuck you doin mate? not only are you in MY territory but your also hurting a sweet little boy who's new?" dan pushes him up against the wall "w-wow ch-chill man, h-hes a faggot look at what he's wearing" i pull my sleeves over my hands from my sweater and sit there as the tears silently for out. "does it look like a give a fucking damn? I'm bi you bitch" after that sentence dan whispered something i couldn't hear, but I'm sure it was bad cause the guys eyes widened in fear nodding and apoligizing , "now run you shit and i dont wanna see you near phil ever again." he said sternly. he nodded and ran as fast as humanly possible 

dan turns to me "hey you ok?" "um y-ya I'm fin- AH" I'm suddenly lifted into the air and realize dan is carrying me "you don't have to ya know" i said wrapping my arms around his neck "well i want to" "thank you for helping me d-dan" i whispered against his chest "no problem, why would anyone even want to hurt an angel like you?" i blushed 

Time skip to phils house 

I walk home to the smell of spaghetti. I sigh I a little, its not like I'm not grateful for my mom who tries her hardest to make me happy, but it's always the same food you see my dad left us when I was only 5 cause it turned out he was cheating on mom for 2 years and ever since then we've been pretty poor. "Hey mom" "hey sweetie she says kissing my forehead "how was your first day at school? Did you make any new friends?" Should I tell her about dan? Or the boy who hurt me?  Or should I lie?  "Um it was ok I guess, and well i don't really know if this person is my friend completely yet" I'm basically talking about dan, I wasn't lying to her tho, it was true I didn't know if dan was my friend now or he only helped me for the sake of being kind I hope it's the first choice, I think I'm developing a crush on him. "Oh well ok that's nice, dinners ready by the way" "ok I'm just gonna put away my bag"

Next morning

I walk downstairs to be greeted by the smell of toast and eggs "oooh someone's looking extra cute today? Is it a boy?" My mom completely accepts that I'm gay and I'm so thankful I love her so much. I was wearing a cute black dress with short sleeves that goes down to mid thigh and white with black polka dots thigh highs align with neon pink converse "what?! N-no!" I blush the truth is, it's for dan. What? I want him to be interested in me okay? 

Once I'm in school I walk to my first class which is art which also has dan in. Once I enter all eyes look at me eyeing me up and down, I mean I don't blame them just look at what I'm wearing. I cough awkwardly I look at dan and see him with a huge smirk looking me up and down licking his lips winking at me. I blush madly from him and walk to sit next to him, "hmm you look nice today kitten" he whispers "you should dress like this everyday baby boy" I gasp a bit from the nickname "what does someone like it when I call them baby boy?" I whine quietly loving the attention he's giving me. He chuckes at me paying his attention back to the teacher I stick my bottom lip out slightly from the lack of attention (I said attention way too much lol) hmm what could I do to get him to notice me...I GOT IT I'll just wait till mrs varnelle gives independent work so people won't stare at us 

Time skip

Finally now my plan can work to action I stand up from my seat but I "accidentally" trip and fall backwards and land on dans lap I gasp and wrap my arms around his neck starring at him, "woah there Phil" Phil? I don't like it  "are you okay?" He asks wrapping his arms around my waist "um y-yes I'm f-fine th-thank you" I say moving to stand up but his arms only seem to wrap around me even tighter "who said anything about you moving princess" "b-but d-dan the t-teache-" " I don't give a shit besides she's afraid of me anyway" he smirks "o-okay" I say wiggling my ass to tease him he squeezes my bum "don't" he whispered firmly in my ear, voice laced with authority and dominance I shiver from anticipation ugh I just want him to take me! "I'm s-sorry" I say looking down he kisses my ear.

After that we kinda just stayed quiet and drew with me on his lap now it's the period before lunch "hi" a girl with blonde hair with her ends dyed pink "um hi" "my names Louise anyway I've heard you got a little friendly with dan Howell THE most popular guy in the ENTIRE school" she grins "so are you two like together?" "Um ya I guess but no we're not together but I do have a crush on him to be honest" she fangirls for a moment "that's really cute Phil!" "Wanna sit together at lunch?" "Sure" I smile.

Turns out me and Louise get along quite well, we spent the whole period talking and laughing she's really awesome 

"Hey baby boy" someone says from behind me wrapping their strong arms around my waist putting their head on top of mine, ya ya I'm short we've already established that I look back to see dan "wanna sit next to me and my friends at lunch "um sorry dan l-Louise a-already asked me to sit with her" I look down "hmm what a shame" I "drop" my book and bend down to get it with me still in dans arms, my ass directly on his crotch after i pick it up I close my locker and walk away "bye dan" I wave at him, I notice he isn't smirking he's just starring with an emotionless face 

Home time 

I walk out of the school gates walking home books against my chest looking down suddenly a black BMW stops next to me and someone rolls down the window "want a ride" I heard a silky voice speak.....dan. I look up "um no it's fine my house isn't too far" I blush "come on phil just, get in it seems like it's gonna rain" To be honest he sounded a bit angry so reluctantly I got in his fancy car looking down at my lap. We drove in silence saying nothing but me telling him my address, I felt like hes mad he didn't even smirk or tease me in any way, I feel like crying, what if he hates me?! 

Once we make it I decide to talk to dan and ask if he's actually mad at me "um dan can you stay over? Just for a bit? My mom isn't here she'll be back at night, she has an extra shift today" he starred at me for a moment "sure why not" I sighed in relief. For a second there I thought he was gonna reject me. 

I offer dan a drink then I start "dan a-re y-y-you m-mad at m-me?" I say timidly "no philly I'm not mad" "then why are you acting so different?" He smirks "you want me teasing you and calling you kitten?" I blush "no! I-its just I want the old you back" his smirk drops "I'm not mad at you I'm just thinking about something" he says looking up at the ceiling of my room "about what?" I say taking a step closer to him he stares at me for a while "this" he says and crashes his lips against mine in a roughly manner I gasp in surprise but immediately kiss him back wrapping my arms around his back while his go around my waist pushing me against his body. Dan licks my bottom lip asking for enterance, but I'm gonna play hard to get, after a while dan gets bored of it and reaches his hands and squeezes my bum hard I squeak and his tongue invades my mouth the second it opened, his tongue immediately takes dominance, swirling it through my mouth in every crevice, not leaving an area untouched.

He grips my bum and pulls me up so I'm high on my tip toes. I moan into his mouth accidentally making the kiss get deeper. The next day I couldn't walk, no I'm serious like at. All. Dan wasn't joking when he said he'll give me pain we had sex aall night. Not that I didn't enjoy it but I had a day of from school today and lucky for me dan stayed home with me and took care of me. AND he even asked me to be his boyfriend!! *squealing* can't wait to see what life has in store for us, hopefully a lot of love.....and sex.
