"I don't like him!"

I yell from across the room.

Another one of mine and Dan's arguments. The third one of the week.

"Obviously you do, you kept staring at him during our date! Who does something like that on a date? Oh yeah, douchebags."

Douchebags. The word hit me hard. Harder than when Dan and I are in bed.

"Oh, I'm the douchebag here? I'm the douchebag? No, you're the douchebag! I know you get drunk at parties, make out with some people, and probably have sex with some people, then come home saying nothing about it! You do it even if you're not drunk! I'm not stupid, I know what goes on at those parties you go to. And, whenever we fight, you always say that I'm worthless and call me names and say that I'm a horrible boyfriend, but then 2 hours later, you want to get back together. You can't hurt someone like that and then get back together easily. Life doesn't work that way! So, you're the douchebag here."

I couldn't take it anymore.
"Leave me alone, cunt."

"Did you just fucking call me a cunt?"

"Yes I did. Leave me the fuck alo-"

I was cut off by Dan's big knee hitting me in the stomach.

Did my own boyfriend just hurt me?

I fell to the floor and cried in pain. I looked up at Dan.

He didn't have a look of regret on his face, he had a look of anger. Pure anger. I looked into his eyes, I didn't see even a little tiny look of regret or shock in his eyes. He didn't regret hurting the one he supposedly loves?

"Never . . . Fucking . . . Call . . . Me . . . A . . . Cunt! You're . . . not . . . worthy . . . of . . . living . . . here, or . . . anywhere!"

Dan yelled in between the beating he was giving me.

We both always knew Dan has 'slight' anger issues, but I never knew he'd take it this far, to even hurt me like this.

Oh my gosh that sucked. Sorry, I have writers block all of the time. I didn't continue it here, because I kind of want to make a whole book about this instead of just a loooong one shot.
