The next morning came way too soon. Everyone was still fast asleep in their beds...well except Phantom who was under a blanket on the floor in the living room. Slowly, each family member began to wake up until they were all dressed, now making their way down stairs; they were all quiet as Hera had reminded them that Phantom as in the living room, hopefully still asleep. Kanan carefully entered the room, thinking he was being extremely quiet yet somehow, it wasn't enough as the once sleeping boy shot up into the sitting position, scanning his surroundings; he released a sigh of relief once he noticed the familiar man. "Easy kid, it's just me" Kanan reassured, holding up his hands as a sigh that he meant no harm "sorry, I'm a really light sleeper....have to be when living on the streets" he informed, making the man wince from the new information "well...you're not on the streets anymore...you have a safe home now". He helped the kid up off of the floor, folded the blanket and placed it and the pillow onto the sofa "yeah well...old habits die hard I guess" he understood of course. The two walked into the kitchen were everyone was seated at the table, beginning to eat their breakfast; Kanan quietly explained to his wife and brother about Phantom being a "very light sleeper"; it was indeed very sad and slightly unsettling "so it looks like he'll definitely need his own room, no sharing like the girls are doing" Hera stated. 

They all sat down together and dug into their breakfast "okay crew, we have a lot to do today" Hera informed, catching her families attention "Phantom has two check ups and then we're going shopping for some things" they were all excited....except the youngest boy "why do I need check ups?? And where??" he asked, suspicion and wariness clear in his voice; Kenobi explained "the doctors and dentist" he began "and because you've lived on the streets for most of your life so you need to get some injections from the doctors and have normal check up to make sure you're healthy, as well as to see how your teeth are". The teenager just shrugged, not looking forward to these so called "check ups" but knew there was no getting out of them; they finished eating and cleaned up before leaving the house, jumping into the car and drove off. First was the doctors check up which went fine - Kenobi was right however as the boy needed at least five injections; Hera and Kanan were both shocked as Phantom didn't seem bothered and didn't even flinch!! The couple went in with him as he needed an adult with him. The kid was subscribed many pills - vitamins, iron tables, nutrition tables and more that were connected to helping his diet and to help him become healthy again, as well as told that he needed to gain a large amount of weight as he was dangerously skinny. Kanan had to explain that they had just take the boy in off of the streets as the doctor began to ask questions that seemed to suggest he was suspicious of child neglect and abuse. Then there was the dentist; they were surprisingly good - rather dirty, as well as sharp which was to help him chew through inedible things in desperate times and one was slightly chipped. Other then that, they were great!! The dentist blunted Phantom's teeth so that he didn't risk cutting his tongue by just the slightest touch, fixed his chipped tooth and gave them a good scrub before whitening them; Hera bought an orange tooth brush and some special tooth paste recommended by the dentist herself. 

After the two appointments were over, the family drove off to the shopping centre; all of the kids were given fifteen pounds each to spend, except Phantom who was given three hundred pounds as he needed a lot more then the others. The three adults found themselves at Starbucks as Sabine and Ahsoka went crazy!! Anakin ad Zeb both did their own shopping whilst they helped their newest family member as well - Phantom seemed rather uncomfortable spending someone else's money. After a long, and I mean long, three houses, they all met up at the coffee shop the adults were sat at; Phantom still had some money left so he rushed into some shops on his own and returned within twenty minutes. Once they had grabbed a KFC, the family returned to their home and sat in the living room to eat; the three adults, Zeb and Sabine made their way up into the attic to clean and decorated as it was to be Phantom's bedroom. Anakin and Ahsoka kept the said teen in the living room so that it could be a surprise, and five hours later, a surprise it was!! There was a double bed with navy blue sheets and orange pillow cases, a desk with a chair, a large bean bag, a small sofa, a body length mirror hung up on the wall, a bookshelf, a TV attached to the wall connected to an X-box, a wardrobe and a window; the walls were a mixture of different shades of splatted oranges and blues, the carpet being white.  "This...this is amazing!!" the young boy exclaimed as he looked around - all of his new things were still in their bags, planting on the bed "we thought you'd want to put them where you want" Zeb explained; Phantom smiled at them all "thank you". Anakin then suddenly thought of something and spoke "hey...we still don't know your real name" he stated, making his family realize he was right "could you tell us what it is??" Kenobi asked, careful not to sound pushy. A moment of silence passed the the kid thought "...Ezra....my name is Ezra Bridger" this made everyone smile as they felt they had achieved something big "well then" Kanan spoke "welcome to the family Ezra Bridger".
