Izuku was sitting under a tree and reading a book. It was his lunch hour and he always enjoyed the nice breeze, and the quietness was nice. He was about to flip the page, but then, he heard a girl cleared her throat. "Ah, Yaoyorozu. What do I owe the pleasure of this vist?" He asked, and momo smiled. "I was wondering if I could join you for lunch, Sakamata." Izuku sighed, then motioned for her to sit. "Are you sure you wanna sit by me? You won't exactly be popular... Anymore."

"Of course I want to, why wouldn't I want to sit by my savior?" Momo said, and izuku had a light shade of red cover his face. "Oh, I'm your savior now?" He said and momo giggled. "Well, Izuku is fine. Can you just call me that?" Momo nodded while saying "as long as you can call me momo, savior." Izuku laughed lightly and stuck his hand out, then momo shook it. "Now I will talk with you in a second. I'm almost done."

Momo knew what he was talking about and let him continue his book. She looked at izuku while he was reading, and noticed how focused he was in the book. "It's like he forgets about everything around him." She thought, and just focused on him. "Now, I'm finally finished." Izuku said while rubbing his eyes. "What were you reading?" Izuku held up his book and it said hamlet. Momos eyes turned into stars, then she shouted "you read hamlet as well?!"

Izuku smiled. "Yep, I find it interesting, and it really takes my mind off things." They started talking about hamlet and the best things they like about the book, izuku still wasn't use to having a full conversation with someone his age but, it was nice with momo. After awhile, they both quieted down. She looked up to him, and said "so, your quirk, it has something to do with fire?" Izuku nodded while his hand caught on fire. "Yes, but I wouldn't really call it a quirk." Momo looked confused.

"I feel the fire, if that makes sense. The flame feels alive. Its more of.... A power? I know it sounds like quirk but... nevermind, I'm just confusing you hahaha." Izuku said while laughing it off. Momo grabbed his arm. "No, it makes sense, izuku. Maybe if you could give a little demonstration?" Izuku stood up and walked a good few feet from momo, then he stuck his hand out and shot out fire. "So, you know how regular fire quirks can't control the fire once they shoot it out?" Momo nodded. "Well, I can." Izuku said as the fire came back onto his hand, then disappeared.

"I feel the, fire inside me. Like I said, its alive." Izuku finished while sitting back down in his spot. "Woah, that's really cool izuku!" Izuku blushed, then covered his face with his book. Is this the first time other than orca complimenting his quirk, izuku wondered, then stole a peek of momo and she was eating her food silently. He closed his eyes and sighed, but something was eating at him. "Momo, what were you doing out so late, and on the other side of town?"

Momo jumped a little bit, then she coughed. "W-Well, my favorite hero was doing a signing, and I really wanted to go but my parents wouldn't let me... So I snuck out and went anyways." Izuku started laughing, then he said "woahhhhh, momo you little trouble maker!" She hit his shoulder while pouting, and that made izuku laugh even more.

"Well look at what we have here." A guy said, and a couple of his friends walked up behind him. Izuku groaned and momo looked confused. "Are you okay Yaoyorozu? Is this heathen bothering you?" The guy asked but momo looked irritated when he said heathen. "No, he is not bothering me. In fact, I'm enjoying his company. And the only heathen here is You." Chills went down the boys spines when she said that, even izuku had chills.

"Well fine then. Stay here with the demon child." They started walking away and momo smiled, but the guy whispered "I always knew you were a bitch." Izuku heard that, then he stood up. "Excuse me but, I don't think I heard you correctly." The boys stopped and the leader smirked. "I think you heard me correctly, demon child." Izuku walked over to the guy, then back handed him. The leaders friends were about to jump in but izuku gave them a glare, then they backed down.

"Apologize to momo, now." Izuku said, then the leader growled. "I-I'm sorry." Momo nodded, but for some reason, that wasn't good enough for izuku. "Okay, now get on your hands and knees." Izuku said, then the leader was gonna object but izuku already forced him on the ground. "Now, apologize again." The leader didn't say anything, so izuku stepped on his head and said "don't make me say it again."

"Okay okay! I'm sorry Yaoyorozu! I'll never say that again!" Izuku sighed while getting his foot off the leaders head, then the guy got up and dusted himself off. They ran away and izuku sat back in his spot, while momo was smiling. "Now izuku, that was funny and all but you can't do that again. The first apology was enough." She said, but izuku just shrugged.

//Later\\

"You know momo, you didn't have to walk home with me. Your limousine looked way better than walking... In fact, you should of just offered me a ride." Izuku said while momo was giggling. "Ahh you're right, but if we did that we wouldn't have had all this time to talk to each other." Izuku smiled. He could finally admit, having momo around really makes him forget about everything around him.... Even though it's only been a day. "This must be what a friend feels like." Izuku thought.

A few minutes passed and they were walking up to their houses, but izuku saw orca standing outside of his. "Dad, what are you doing home so early?" Izuku said as they walked up to him, and orca spun around quickly. "Izuku! I was trying to surprise you when you got home, but it seems like I was to late." Orca laughed, and he looked over to momo, who was trying to stay calm, but she was doing a bad job at hiding it. "Uhh izuku, who's this?" Before izuku could say anything momo shouted "I'm momo Yaoyorozu! And you're gang orca, the tenth most popular pro hero!"

Orca laughed and izuku rubbed his eyes. "This is my friend, who I'm reconsidering on being my friend." They stood there for a few more seconds, then orca picked up izuku and started hugging him. "Finally, izuku has a friend! I thought he was gonna be alone forever!!!" Orca shouted and momo was trying to hide her laughter. Izukus face turned red, then he started to try and get out of his dads grip. "Come on old man! Do you really have to embarrass me right now?!"

"Of course I do izuku! You've finally brought a friend over!" He sat izuku down, then momo giggled. "Well he wasn't bringing me over, I actually live in the house in front of yours, so we were walking home together." Orcas smiled got even bigger, but izuku started to cover his face. "Alright well, I'll leave you two kids to whatever you guys were doing, have a good night Yaoyorozu." Orca said while chuckling, then he went in the gate and started walking to the house.

"I'm sorry about my dad, momo." Izuku said while scratching his head, and momo smiled. "Theres no need to be sorry, I thought it was cute how you guys acted." Izuku sighed and turned around, then waved bye. "Wait, I-Izuku?" He turned back around and saw momo with her phone in her hands. "C-Can I have your number?"

Izuku yawned while walking down the stairs. "I shouldn't of stayed up so late... texting momo.. The U.A. entrance exams today.." He thought, then walked in the dining room with breakfast already made for him. "There you are izuku, I was told about your exams today so I made you breakfast." Chef said, and izuku smiled. "Thank you chef. I appreciate it." He smiled and bowed, then walked into the kitchen. Chefs smile disappeared and was replaced with a shocked look.

"Did izuku just talk to me and thank me?!! He hasn't done that for 11 years!" He grabbed his phone and dialed gang orcas number, then he heard orca say "what is it?" So he calmed down, then said "hey, I hate to call when you're at work but, is there anything wrong with izuku?"

Izuku yawned again while walking out of his house. He walked out of the gate and saw momo do the same. "Hey momo, heading to U.A.?" He asked and momo nodded, then A limousine pulled up and momo smirked. "Need a ride, izuku?"
