- Mitch

I placed Jerome down at the entrance of our treehouse. He sighed happily as soon as he toutched the ground. I landed besides him and folded my wings on my back.

"That was scary." Jerome said as he walked inside.

"Don't you trust me?" I asked acting offended.

"Oh no, no babe ofcourse I trust you. It's just..."

"Don't worry I was just joking around." I said cutting him off and walking passed him slapping his butt with my tail. I can sure get used to this new body.

"Ow." He said as he jumped a bit. I just lauged and layed down on the coutch.

"I hate you." Jerome said leaning over me.

"I love you too." I said leaning up and connecting our lips. We got interupted by a knock on the door.

"Jerome? Mitch? It's Rob and Preston." Rob said. My eyes widen.

"They can't see me like this not yet." I wispered stopping Jerome from opening the door.

"Get a blanked around you or something?" He wispered back.

"My eyes?"

"Shit, um, Go to bed pretend to be sleeping."

"Jerome? Anyone home?" Preston asked.

"Go." Jerome said pushing me towards our room. I flew there because that's faster and listened to Jerome talking to them.

"Hey guys come in."

"Wow took you long enough to open that door, you pleb." Preston joked.

"Yeah I know I was just checking up on Mitch."

"How is he?" Rob asked.

"Oh, pretty good. He's sleeping right now. But it seems like he's fully cured."

"Can we go say hi?" Preston asked.

"I wouldn't do that he hasn't slept properly last night."

"How come?" Preston asked.

"He has nightmares about when he attacked us." Why is Jerome so good in lying like this?

"But on other terms how are you two?"

"Well after all the drama and stuff. We relized that we loved eachother." Preston said.

"So now we're dating." Rob continued.

"Yes!" I said a little too loud. I always knew they'd end up togheter.

"Was that Mitch?" Rob asked.

"I didn't hear anything." Jerome said but you could clearly hear he was lying.

"Yeah I heard it aswell." Preston said then there where footsteps. Shit shit shit shit. They know I'm awake so I can't pretend. I just open the window and climb out.

"What the fudge?" I heard Preston say as I flew up and hid on the roof.

"Mitch?" Rob asked in a panicky way.

"Jerome! Mitch is gone!" He then yelled at Jerome.

"What?" He asked.

"Some dragon hybrid thing took him!"Preston said.

"I'm sure Mitch is just somewhere else inside. It's not like a dragon hybrid would come here, right?" You could still clearly here he was lying.

"Look that's his tail he's on the roof!" I heard Preston say. Shit shit shit. I flew away but an arrow hit my wing and I fell down. I landed on the little balcony thing we had. I tried to get up but I felt the point of a sword on my back. So I stayed where I was.

"Stop it! leave him alone!" I heard Jerome yell pushing them aside. He sat infront of me looking really worried.

"Are you okay?" He asked almost a wisper. I just nodded.

"Jerome why are you protecting this thing? He kidnapped Mitch." Rob said.

"He didn't kidnap Mitch. This is Mitch!" He yelled still protecting me. I finnally turned around and saw the shocked faces of our friends.
