Summary:
Katniss Everdeen didn't succeed in her rebellion. President Snow had got to her before she could make a change.

Vicky's dad is the senator of District 5 and he pays the capitol to keep his only child out of the games, but on the 80th Hunger Games Vicky is "randomly" chosen as District 5's female tribute. He tried to pull her out but she wants to play the games because she has a mission at hand.

Vicky hates the capitol and their unfair treatment. She has her own clan of rebellions following her in the shadows and later her actions become suspicious, so Snow puts her in the games.
