Summary/Plot:
Aurora and Tom both have corrupt souls. If it wasn't for their dashing looks they'd be considered the exact same. Tom can't love or feel certain emotions because he was born off a love potion. Aurora is soulless because she was kissed by a dementor. The strong girl fought against the dementors power and ended up bonding the last pieces of her humanity with the darkness the dementors left inside of her.

In a game for power, Tom and Aurora end up as foes who are competing to be the most superior. All they want is power and they'll stop at nothing to get it. Hogwarts will be damned by a Dark Lord and a Dark Queen.

"Aurora Carrington," Tom's smooth voice whispered like a breeze. He was sitting in his chair and staring up at his superior equal with a foul grin. "How ironic given you're as vile as a poisonous serpent." He commented teasing, gesturing towards her last name.

Aurora smirked back at him and chuckled. "You dumb boy. 'Caring' is spelled with one 'R' not two."

"Tell that to your idiotic parents." Tom quarrel at her as she rolled her eyes carelessly. Any other time, she would've most likely hexed him for speaking down on her parents but she was incapable of feeling anything, ever since the incident that happened three years ago.

"I don't have time for your petty insults, Riddle," Aurora spat back equally vicious. Riddle would never admit it but he loved when she fought against him. "I came for the book. The one you stole." She commanded with narrow eyes.

If looks could kill.

"I'm afraid I don't know what you're talking about." Riddle smirked heavenly.

Aurora pulled out her wand and started twirling it within her delicate fingers. Riddle purposely held back an amused laugh from her trying to indirectly threaten him. He feared nothing and neither did she. It was a dangerous match.

"Let's try this again," Aurora huffed with a sarcastic smile. "Give me back my book Riddle. You don't want to see how this ends. I'm a girl of violence." She smirked evilly.

"No." His voice seemed to echo into her ears as a deadly scowl traced her lips. "-- You're a woman of violence, a person that I am so highly impressed by. I've never crossed paths with someone who's as bad as me, as fearless as me, as attractive as me and as corrupt as me." Tom added with a persuasive smirk that shouted nothing but pure evil. "We can make people cower in fear, hide under their beds and kiss our feet with just a snap." He continued with a snap of his own fingers to exaggerate his statement.

He was power hungry and he wanted her on his side. Tom was sure that he'd get all the power with her next to him.

"Are you begging me to join the losing team?" She asked teasingly.

Tom chuckled without humor, "You'll thank me for it later, love."
