Wish for a pool

I was happy
A little crazy too
My friends made me sad with all their harsh words, even when they weren't directed at me.

I was as happy as could be,
I ran around, laughed, cried over a spider and my hat.

But what I didn't know
Was you were going through worse then that.

You've finished school, I'm in in year 9.
You're 18 and I'm 15.

I thought my life was bad
Till you turned it around
But at the same time made it worse.

But you, you gave my brother a flower.
You hung out with all your good friends and loved them unconditionally.

I was in the bus, listening to 'The Search' from Red Dog, reading a book about cyber bullying and then next then I know I get a text.

My friend sent me a message
It simply said that you broke your leg/foot.

I knew these things happen, but now I've been reading sad books.

You broke your foot, I cried on my book.

You went to the hospital and I sat sad, I knew it wasn't fatal.

I prayed for you that night, and I hope you won the fight.

I prayed you would be alright, and you would follow the light.

I don't know if you're ok, I don't know where you are today.

I know you are amazing, I can see it just by gazing.

I see you in my day dreams, hoping our love will flow into streams.

You are faithful, I am too, but I want to cling to you.

I cling to God, even though it's hard, and you always make it seem easy.

I pray you can get around and last without a pound.

Hope you're alright, I hope I see you tomorrow night, and maybe you could help me through my fight, too.

Be strong and courageous, for the Lord of the ages, he'll keep his little ones save by his side.

Don't hide, show love for God with pride, even if it's a roller coaster ride.

Don't boast in anything unless it's the one thing that matters.

Pray for what you need and if you have faith he will give it to you.
