Hey guys! Im sorry for gettin' rid of my other shifter RP but the comments wouldnt load for me... Anyway! Here are the rules and form!

1) No OP powers unless I grant them

2) I hate this one... Mating, if you know what I mean, is allowed as long as the other person is ok with it...

3) You can use a Legendary as the shifter

4) No repeats of Pokemon, say someone has an Umbreon shifter you cant

5) Have fun!
