"Why did these events unfold the way they had..?... What happened....?....what will come of this.....? ...what more must be taken from me....? ....what more am I willing to give.....?"   These questions plagued my tired, shattered mind, and weighed upon my fatigued, overencumbered shoulders.... This self-destructive, pensive state I remained within, was surely to bring me down to my knees. With one foot in the present day, and one foot in the grave, this new pain would surely fester deep within me.

    Merely days had passed since the altercation with my blue counterpart, and no matter how much time had passed, the only thing left that remained in my mind amongst the scars, was our final moment...

"How could this happen....? ....why did this happen.....? ....what remains left of me....? "  I questioned myself again.

    "Chaos.....g-get out of my head......ggnnnn" I stated as I rubbed the side of my head, closing my eyes tightly.

     I felt the slight pain from a headache as I could not erase what happened from my mind.  As my eyes slowly opened once again, the light felt almost blinding and photophobia set in from the headache I had developed. Standing atop a hillside, far away from the city is where I had fled too,  post altercation with Faker. No matter how much thinking I did, no matter what the topic, that blue nuisance always, entered my mind.

     "G-gggrrrrr.....get out of my head......"  I mumbled to myself, becoming frustrated.

I shook my head back and forth several times, desperate to clear any and all thoughts so that I may hold a moment of peace. Despite my efforts, my mind remained clouded, and the headache progressively began to get worse. I had to get away... I had to get away from this all... None of this should have happened...

        The thought of the kiss entered my mind again, and immediately, my heart had skipped a beat. Feeling this, I couldn't help but place a hand over my chest, taking a brief gasp before feeling the beat return....And it returned with an increased rate.

    "Why is this happening....."
I asked myself as I became increasingly frustrated.

         A nearby tree quickly became the victim of a blow as I clinched a fist and threw it towards the bark, keeping my glare aimed at the city. As the bottom of my balled fist impacted the bark, it left an impression of my first deep within it. After I hit the tree, I remained standing still for a moment before pulling my first away from the tree, and looking at my partially blood stained glove. I soon lowered my hand to my side, giving a thousand yard stare before turning my back to the city, and walking down the hill in the opposite direction of New Mobius.

       I dared not return to this place. How could I? Especially after the events that had unfolded with my blue counterpart. Was it best to vacate and not return? Or should I seek revenge...And finally put an end to that blue menace... With him gone, these events would also fade... And would never occur again...

      "...You seem troubled, Shadow..."
A familiar and raspy male voice said behind me.

      "Perhaps there is something we may be able to do for you..?"
The voice said with a facetious tone.

       I turned slowly around to see a familiar face....The doctor...

         "What do you want, Doctor.."
I asked while glaring and clinching my fists.

         "A chance to make amends of course....And your help with a ...Task."
He said with an evil grin.

        "Help me with this, and I will repay it to you, with no strings attached huehuehue..."
He said once more with a facetious tone.

      "...You wish to forget what has happened between the two of you..Yes..?"

    "...NGH.....How do you know of what took place...?!"
I asked, my muzzle slightly turning red as I became flustered.

     An evil grin grew across the doctors face as he rubbed his upper lip with a finger smug like. I narrowed my eyes, glaring fiercely at the doctor. What had been unlocked within me during the encounter with my blue rival, was something I hadn't felt before... But what accompanied it, was the evil within. A part ashamed..A part lost..A part found...And determination to save face...

       "Assist me, and no one will know... Not even you..." He said with confidence as he clinched one fist.

       ".....What would you have me do...."
