It all started in a small city somewhere in England. It was the late 1910s and a young Mrs Scrubbit had fallen in love and gotten married.
Her husband Mr Scrubbit was a wealthy businessman who owned a laundry house that was right near their home.

However Mrs Scrubbit was a horribly rotten woman. Even in her youth. She would nag Mr Scrubbit all the time and use his money for foolish things. And there were times she wasn't nice to Mr Scrubbit, even though she did love him in her own way.

The final straw came when Mr Scrubbit discovered that Mrs Scrubbit had been stealing money from his Laundry House which left his workers underpaid.
He then realized what an awful woman she was and decided to leave her.

Mrs Scrubbit begged him to stay but he refused. He packed his things and left during the night. The next morning when Mrs Scrubbit woke up he was gone. Soon after Mrs Scrubbit found out she was pregnant.

She gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and named her Rose. With her husband gone, Mrs Scrubbit had no choice but to raise Rose on her own. Although she hated Rose because she was a reminder of her husband who left her. Because of this she was often abusive to Rose.

Mrs Scrubbit had also reopened the laundry house with a friend of hers named Mr Bleacher. Finding staff was tricky though. So they came up with a scheme to con people into working for them. They would allow someone a place to stay in their Laundry house for what seemed to be cheap, but then charge them for a lot of things which would result in them having to work in the laundry house to pay off the debt.

One day when Rose was 5 almost 6, a baby was dropped into the laundry shoot. The baby was wearing a necklace with what seemed to be an N on it. So Mrs Scrubbit called the baby Noodle and brought her into the laundry house. Rose was the one who often took care of Noodle though and looked after her like an older sister. Even when she was so young herself.

As the years went by and it became the 1930s Rose had grown to be a very beautiful young woman of 17 almost 18 years old. She had reddish blonde hair, Blue / green eyes, pinkish red lips, and soft porcelain skin. Her mother Mrs Scrubbit had became very jealous of Rose's beauty. She also was jealous of how sweet and kind Rose was too.

So she kept Rose in the Laundry House and didn't allow her to go outside. She didn't want anyone to know she had a daughter who was so much more beautiful and sweet then her. Rose wasn't even allowed to be around new visitors. All she was to do was work in the laundry house.

The only friends Rose had were 12 year old Noodle who was her bestie that was also like her little sister and of course the other staff in the laundry house. Abracus Crunch, Piper Benz, Lottie Bell, and Larry Chucklesworth who were all visitors of the laundry house that fell for Mrs Scrubbit and Mr Bleachers scheme.

Rose still sometimes felt lonely and unloved. Although she had a sisterly type love from Noodle. It just wasn't enough. She wondered what the outside world was like. Noodle told her plenty of stories since Mrs Scrubbit sometimes sent her out to do things. But Rose wished she could see it for herself.

While Rose told Noodle nearly everything such as the abuse from her mother and her desires to see the outside world, there was one thing she could not tell her. As Rose grew older Mr Bleacher had became more and more attracted to her. It started when Rose was was 12. He would often hit on her to her disgust. Then the unthinkable happened when Rose became 16.

When Rose had finally turned 16 Mr Bleacher snuck into her room during the night and sexually assaulted / raped her stealing her innocence. Mrs Scrubbit knew about this but let him do it as long as he paid her for it. Ever since that night it was the same cycle every night and Rose couldn't tell anyone. Not even Noodle. Because her mother and Mr Bleacher threatened her not to tell anyone.

All Rose wanted was to escape this hell she was in, but the others told her this was not possible as they tried many times to escape but it was no use.
Even Noodle told her it was hopeless.
Still all Rose could do was dream and wish with all her heart.

Little did she know her wish would soon come true thanks to a special young man that was going to visit the laundry house.
