Chapter five : Study date

   "Home sweet home," I say as I step inside gently closing the door. It's been a really long day. From test in almost every class to cheer practice. It didn't help that Natsu's family party lasted until 4:00 and even after that Me and Natsu stood up till 5:00 that's when we crashed while talking in the window. And Cheer seemed super long today. It seems like since the world knew I am tired It made everyone especially slow and struggle today. Which of course lead to me staying after school...I'm not complaining just putting it out there.

You know what is the worst part now that I home laying on the couch...I can't fall asleep. I'm just uncomfortable everywhere. But as I finally put on a Disney movie...The lion king. My eyes start to fall...and my breathing gets calmer. "HONEY I AM HOME!" I hear causing me to groan immensely sticking my head in the couch pillow. "Luce.." he says walking down the stairs looking at me. "Are you okay your usually more excited to see me?" He says as he pokes my cheek now behind me. "No I'm perfectly fine what do you need Natsu," I say as I push his finger back slightly blushing.

"Well, you see I thought today would a great night to study...So I brought some friends!" He says running towards the door opening it to see my group of friends. Jellal, Erza, Levy, Gajeel, Mira, Lis, Gray, and Juvia right there attached to his hip. They all came in greetings me. Someone is always stopping me from sleeping. "Hey, guys.." I say softly rubbing my eyes to which they all greet me going to my dining room table. They have been here so many times uninvited at this point it's their home as well.

"I'll order pizza..." I say which is our routine we study for max 45 minutes then we start doing other stuff like eating, playing games, and watching movies. Which when they do come over I don't really kick them out...Well even if I attempted to it wouldn't work. I got to the table sitting down on my phone. "Today we are at least gonna get in an hour of studying  am I, clear boys?" She says pointing at Natsu, Gray, and Gajeel causing them to shiver.  "Why don't we calm down Honey? You are scaring the poor kids" Jellal says rubbing her shoulder.

Erza face matches her hair and Mira's head immediately turns to them a creepy grin on her face. "Did you just call her honey?" Jellal immediately got nervous. "Well, he's done for.," Gajeel says in which we all nod. "You know people only call another person 'Honey' and touch them like that if they're dating. So you guys are dating I knew it!" She says which causes Erza to slump in embarrassment. But for me, I stiffen Natsu called me Honey...But again it is a phrase so I guess that doesn't apply to us. "Mira you should be the last one talking...You still haven't told us what's been going on with Laxus," Lis says as she points at her sister. Mira gasps.

"This is gonna be interesting.." Levy says taking a seat next to Gajeel. "Juvia thinks that it's time for Mira to spill her relationship details since she is always talking about ours," Mira stood there flustered. "Fine if you all want to know so bad. I and him aren't dating but we are talking. He still claims I am too young for him despite him being one year older. Yet he still makes sure to do all the lovely stuff that a boyfriend would do he is just weird," Mira says sighing. "Who's would've thought that Cupid would need love advice," Gray says causing all of us to chuckle. "Well, I'd say be direct with him. Let him know that you won't wait around forever," Lis says causing me to turn my head to her which she was on Natsu lap yet again.

"Maybe I'll do that...Looks like your taking after bigger sister," she says causing Lis to chuckle. I really do admire their sibling relationship. I bet Lis feels Lucky to able to graduate with her older sister but I wonder how Mira feels not being in her "rightful" grade. She got put back once because when she was younger she was a real how can I put this...demon. The one time I did ask her she told me that she needed those consequences and doesn't really care. I'm snatched away from my thoughts by the sound of the doorbell. "I'll get it.." I say getting and they nod. I walk to the door looking through the peephole. Ah, one of my favorite people in the world. "Wends!" I say opening the door causing her to jump in and hug me.

"Hey, Lu!" She says embracing me. I smile hugging her. She releases, "Mommy told me to come here and watch you guys..." she says which I nod. Her mom does this often which we don't really care because Wends is cool. She walks inside to see Natsu. She coughs loudly which Lis gets off of him taking the chair next to him embarrassed. "So you are the girlfriend,"  Wendy and Lis have met before but this is her first time meeting her as her big brother's girlfriend. Though Wendy will never admit it...Natsu is for sure her favorite brother and she is a bit overprotective of him. "Wendy you're making her uncomfortable," he says groaning. "Don't worry she isn't," Lis says getting up hugging Wendy which she returns.

After Wends greets she sits on the couch. "Lu do you mind if invite Chelia?" Wendy asks looking up at me. "Go on ahead. You don't have to ask this your house too," I say giggling. A smile grows on her face, "thanks" she says as she immediately goes to typing on her phone. I go back to the table and I immediately sweatdrop. It seems like Natsu and Gray are arguing. "Alright, boys how bout we get to studying," I say trying to calm them down. "Actually Bunnygirl we decided that we have had enough of that and we are gonna play a game," I look at Erza and she nods softly. We didn't even last 5 minutes.

"How about we play never have I ever. But since there's a lot of people we won't play with our fingers...We'll play with a cup and popsicle sticks. We will each get sticks with our name on it and everything. If you have done it then you put in the cup. The first to run out has to do a dare," Levy explained. After preparing we started our game. "Oh! I will go first...Never have I ever got a tattoo," she says looking at Gajeel smirking. "Oh, so that's how we are playing shrimp? Huh," he says reluctantly as he puts a stick in. His father works at a tattoo shop so getting tattoos is something Gajeel does often. But then to everyone's surprise Juvia also placed one of her sticks in the cup.

"Holy shit Juvia what tattoo did you get?" Gray says causing her to squirm in her chair. We all seemed to lean in interested in the conversation. "I-Well you see I got a tattoo right on my lower back right under my back dimples. I got fullbuster with a small heart," I think about all our faces dropped. "B-but we are not even dating," Gray says feeling hot in his chair. "Because it will always be you. There will be no other guy. I take the love I have for you extremely serious it's not just some high school love. I know my love for you will last a lifetime and I have no problem showing that" Juvia says seriously looking to Gray's eyes. His face went completely red as he looks away. "Let's get back to the game," Gray says as I see his hand slides on Juvia's lap.

"Actually Juvia just gave me a good idea," Mira says. "What is it?" Jellal asks a little worried. Usually, Mira's ideas are far from great. "How about we get matching tattoos...The fairy tail logo. It'll be something that binds us for life?" Mira explains. "That's actually a good idea for once," Gray says. "Heyyy what is that supposed to mean?" Mira says pouting. "I am down," Natsu says. "Your mom would kill you Natsu," I say nervously. "She would!" Wendy screams from the couch. "That's is if she ever finds out," I shake my head. Of course, she will find out Natsu you aren't the smartest in the batch. "I will get it. My dad won't care," I say shrugging. "B-but won't it hurt ?" Levy says nervously. "Don't be scared shrimp. If you want I can tattoo you myself. Since you trust me it will be more comforting," Gajeel says making Levy agree.

"Okay since that is settled. I will do one! Never have I ever had a sexual fantasy?" Erza said as she smirks hers immediately being the first stick in. My stick was second causing my face to get hot. then everyone else sticks went afterward Levy being last. "I know whom everyone else sexual fantasy was about but yours? Is there a new guy in the picture?" Mira says as she looks me in my eye. "Uh, I- Um..." I can't even lie to her there is a guy in the picture but he has always been there. And he is dating your sister. So I just shut my mouth. "That gave me my answer," Mira says squirming. "Next question Never have I ever had..." Natsu pause as he looked back making sure Wends wasn't listening, "the nasty..." he whispered.

I look around to see Jellal stick slide inside the cup...Then Mira...Then Erza? "Woah..." I say softly. "Next question...Never have I ever been in love," And let me tell you about every stick went inside no hesitation. Seeing Lis put her stick in then look at Natsu nearly made me nauseous of gilt. "Be right back guys I'm going to get some chips since the pizza is taking long," I say getting up and walking to my kitchen. "Who are you trying to fool?" A voice I know to be Wendys says to me as I pour the chips in a big bowl. "What are you talking about?' I say lowering my voice smiling nervously. "I have known you've been in love with my brother since like forever...And Lis is nice...b-I just think you shouldn't hide your feeling. I know Natsu..." Wends try to explain.

"Wends I love your brother and he is happy right now. His happiness will forever mean more than these feelings. Now let's not talk about this when his girlfriend is around," I say wrapping my arm around her gently. My heart was thumping against my chest as if it were about to detonate. Wendy wanted Natsu and me together. For some reason that warmed my heart. I brought the bowl to the middle of the table and we went on playing the game. And in the end, Mira ended up losing so we made her take two-shots of Tabasco it was definitely fun to see. After that, we ended up playing more games and simply ate our pizza along with Wendy and Chelia.

Soon because it was a school night everyone left leaving just the Dragneel siblings and Chelia and me. "How about we watch a scary movie before we call it a night?" Natsu says. "Sure!" Wendy says eagerly. "I don't know guys I practically live alone so watching scary movies isn't my cup a tea," I say sweat dropping as I sit next to Natsu on the couch bringing the covers and wrapping it around us. "Look I'm pretty sure no one would ever even step a foot in your house with high tech ass alarm going off, " Chelia says giggling. "Language...But she is not even wrong, " Natsu says. "Fine..." I mumble softly, "But if I get scared...?" I say looking at him. "I- I mean We will be right here," he says causing me to nod reluctantly. "Yes!" Wendy shouts excitedly sitting on the opposite couch with Chelia holding their popcorn. "We gonna watch sinister," Natsu says as I nod a small yawn erupting from me. Within 30 minutes of the movie, I was already under the blankets my face snuggled under Natsu's arm. Honestly yes the movie is scaring the shit out of me but it's not just that. There is something oddly warm about him and his natural scent just calms me. It didn't help that his muscular arms were wrapped around me. It made sense that I fell asleep in his arms.
