Quirk Description: User can emit an aura of despair, or implant despair into someone's head. This feeling can be so intense to the point of paralyzing the victim.
Quirk Drawbacks: If overused, user is the only one who feels the despair, paralyzing them.

Quirk Classification: Transformation
Quirk Description: User can use their tears as a weapon. The user can manipulate the structure of their tears to become other substances, such as acid, diamonds, etc.
Quirk Drawbacks: If overused, the user cries blood and their eyes dry out.

Quirk Name: Honesty
Quirk Classification: Emitter
Quirk Description: This quirk allows the user to act as a truth serum. As long as they are touching someone, the person they touch is unable to lie.
Quirk Drawbacks: When overused, anything the user says is twisted into a lie. However, the meaning of their words is just reversed.

Quirk Name: Clockwork Body
Quirk Classification: Mutation
Quirk Description: User looks like a steampunk enthusiast, parts of their body made of exposed gears. They have a winder in the back of their neck. They are extremely durable, and fierce protectors. They can record conversations, and have excellent memory.
Quirk Drawbacks: When they get exhausted, they need to be wound up through their neck to return to normal.

Quirk Name: Tele Vision
Quirk Classification: Mutation
Quirk Description: User has a television monitor for a head, which shows emoticons for their emotions. Whatever they say comes out robotic, and appears on the television screen. User of this quirk can broadcast what they're seeing to other televisions, and can access other televisions and transport to a new television, the new television appearing as their head.
Quirk Drawbacks: They can get broken easily, and can go out of tune. Sometimes they get too loud or too soft. Transferring to a new television takes a lot of their energy, and is generally a last resort to avoid being destroyed.
