Heather's POV :

" don't tell me what to give you and what not , i'm the boss here "

i tilted my head to the side " not anymore .. " i took a step closer

".. cause i quit "  

he looked in my eyes trying to find any emotion , but i didn't show any , my face was blank 

he cleared his throat " we are not playing around here " 

" i'm not playing " i said and he hummed 

" does your father knows about your decision ? " he asked 

" are you threatning me ? " i asked him back 

" no i was just curious , what you gonna say to your father about the reason of your resignation !" 

" actually you think what you gonna say to your father when he find out about the facts , because i'm innocent " was all i said before i walked out of his office .

" where were you ?.. " Sarah asked the minute i walked inside my little office " .. your phone didn't stop from ringing " she hand it to me 

9 missed calles from mom ,  it's started to ring again making Sarah glaring at me " answer or put it on silent and let me do my work " 

i smiled as an apology before excusing myself to answer 

" Hello ? "

" where are you ?  why you didn't answer your phone ? " she said seeming angry 

"  of course i'm at work mom, is everything alright ?  "

" i'm at your work place , they said there is no Heather Young here , every morning you said you are going to work , explain now where are you ? " she yelled at me through the phone and i closed my eyes taking a breath , could this day go more worse ? 

Harry's POV : 

i walked up to my father's office to find Tyler still there , i took a seat 

" you came in time , let me show you something " my father said opening his laptop 

" he is not on his mood today dad " Tyler replied as i fixed my tie 

" i told you that girl wasn't serious " i told 

" what girl ? " my father asked confused 

" David's daugher Heather , or Liza or what the hell her name was , she quit.. " i said annoyed " i understand she is your friend's daugher but she have no clue how the company works " 

" tell me , what happened ? " 

" she did nothing but trouble " 

" but why ? " my father asked 

" if he was hard on her , of course the girl has no other solution , so she quit " Tyler replied 

" is it true Harry ? " my dad leaned to cross his arms on top of desk 

" i treated her like i treated any other employee here " i answered 

" boys , i repect you decisions but i want to know myself what really happened " 

Heather's POV : 

i went down to find my mom wearing her sport outfit with her friend Nicole next to her

" explain now , whey she said there is no Heather here " she asked still angry

" mom i just started work they still didn't know my name .." i lied and she seems believing it " what are you doing here mother ? " i asked

" we are doing yoga and she didn't beleive when i told her that you are working an a big company so i bring her here to show her " she said looking at her friend

" finally , i looked for you everywhere " i turned on my spot to find Sarah " they are waiting for you up , c'mon "

" who ? " i asked 

" Mr.Harry and his father " she answered me , of course he told his daddy now .

after i convinsed my mom that i work here , she went home and now i was standing beside Mr.Harry facing his father's desk 

" listen kids , i'm talking now as your father.. " he pionted toward him " ..and your father's friend " now at me " .. tell me now , what happened ?" he asked both of , but neither of us replied 

his eyes danced between his son and me waiting for an answer " Harry ? " 

" ladies first " 

" liza ? " 

" your son does not have the word kidness on his dictionary " i started 

" i only treat people with kidness when they deserve it " he replied 

" i said i'm here as your father , but i didn't mean for you two to act like 5 , now tell me why did you quit ? " he asked me 

i parted my lips not sure what to say " i prefer him to answer sir " 

" Harry ? " he took a breath 

" she realize her fault , i don't want to talk about it to embarrase her in front of you " he talked and i raised my eyebrows 

" let's talk and see who will be embarrassed  " i said 

" then talk and let me decide " Mr.Jhon replied seeming annoyed because of our behaviour 

" i don't have anything to say " Mr.Harry talked 

" me too , thank you sir for this chance and thank you for everything , i just want one more thing " i demand 

" what is it ? " he asked softly 

" i want to tell my father by myself " 

" of course " 

" thank you sir , uncle Jhon have a great day " i said before i head out of his office .

after minutes and after i picked my things i walked out of my desk but suddenly i bumped into someone , i looked up to find Mr.Harry 

" what you didn't tell my father ? " he asked me 

" and why you didn't tell him ? , or you had some dubts " i challenged him 

he stayed quit for seconds before he said " have a great day " 

when i walked out of the company i crossed the street to have a seat on a bench  thinking about what i just did , how i'm going to tell Liza .

suddenly my phone rings , it was Rachel 

" hi " 

" hi , how are doing ? " she asked 

" bad " i simply replied 

" why ? what happened ? " she panicked 

" i quit , what i'm going to do now ? " 

" take a bus , my shift ends after two hours , and let's talk about it " 

" okey , i'm coming " i said before i hang up the phone , i stayed there for more couple seconds then i stood up making my way to the hospital where Rachel work there as a nurse .

Harry's POV : 

i was looking out of the window , looking at Heather who was sitting there upset , and i felt a little bit guilty , maybe i was hard on her .

suddenly my phone rings , it was Scott 

" yes Scott ? " i walked back to stand in front of my desk 

" i want t talk about something " 

" yes i'm lestening " 

" no i can't on the phone " 

i started to get worried " where are you ? " 

" i'm waiting you down " 

" okey , i'm coming " .

" tell me now , what happened ? " i asked the second i get on the car 

" i don't know " he looked at me 

i looked back confused but to answer my expersion , Tyler show up in the back 

" beacuse i made him call you " 

" what are you doing here ? " i asked him 

" c'mon Scott drive " 

" can anbody explain what are we doing here ? " i asked again 

" we are going to the diner " Tyler informed me as Scott drove the car 

Tyler's POV : 

i was sitting with Harry eating our lunch him talking about work until i get annoyed 

" hey bro chill , we didn't came here to talk about work " i told him and he smiled 

" that's the only thing that i like to talk about " 

" i can't doubt that , by the way why did Heather quit ? " i asked him chewing my food 

" why everyone is asking about her ? " 

" c'mon now , tell me " i asked again with curiosity 

" the girl is spying on me " he replied annoyed 

" who ? Heather ? " 

" don't act stupid , we both know she was the one who told about the idea of the brand " 

" what ? no she didn't tell me " i said surpried that he thinks she did

" don't lie to me Tye , she was the only one who was with me at the meeting , and it coudn't be Sarah because sshe have more then 2 years working at the company , and i never heard  anyone complaining about her " 

he stated and i remembered my mom's words acutally she was the one who told me about Harry's plane , i don't understand why she is trying to make me hate my stepbrother , she wants me to boss the company after my father , i don't get it why she didn't want Harry , he understand in bussnies more then i'm , so the company will be fine in his hands more then i do .

" no bro , i hang out with a frensh girl from the meeting and she told me " and this time i lied , i can't tell him that my mom is the one who is spying on him , it's my mother after all 

he leaned in his chair realizing he blamed Heather for nothing , and i can see the guilt behind his eyes .
