SpiderMan: *grunts* (This is bad, the red and black suited dudes AND the White Fang? Just my luck, save an innocent faunus shopkeeper from what was supposed to be Torchwick and Junior's men, but I guess it truly is a joint business venture.)

The arachnid hero stayed kneeled on the ground as he watched Torchwick, Neo, and a few Henchmen walking up to him. Unable to move due to dust rounds smashing against him and being beaten by clubs and batons, the Spider was a little worse for wear.

Torchwick: tsk tsk tsk I told you this day would come SpiderBrat, you and that annoying Red have meddled in my plans long enough! But I suppose this is where we part ways. Know that I do respect your tenacity, only if you had work for me, things would be different.

The criminal leader walked over as he lifted his cane up, the reticle popping up to indicate it being ready to fire. SpiderMan looked into the barrel as he stared down the criminal, one lens broken open to reveal his brown eye.

SpiderMan: you may kill me, but others will rise to beat you.
Torchwick: pfft, still the hero talk, when will you learn, all heros do is die. So do us a favor and perish like every other hero and Huntsmen.
Faunus Shopkeeper: No! SpiderMan, you have to get up! Keep fighting!
WFThug: shut up *smacks shopkeeper with gun*

Peter stared at the unconscious form before turning back to the barrel as he glared at the red haired villain. Torchwick, noticing the sudden change in SpiderMan prepared to fire only to shoot at petals.

Torchwick: What the?
Neo: O-O
WFThug: What in the?

SpiderMan appeared behind the criminal leader before delivering a swift kick into his head as he flew and slammed into a wall. Neo ran at the hero, only to have SpiderMan fire a web at her and swing her into a group of thugs. Regaining his bearings, Torchwick glared at the red and blue hero before noticing a transparent white cape draped around his shoulders as white rose petals fluttered around him. He turned to Roman as his once brown eyed was now silver.

Roman: okay, time to go!

The criminals scattered to vans and cars as the one Roman was in peeled out. SpiderMan ran out of the alleyway, noticing team RWBY and the rest of his team following them.

Yang: whoa, Spidey, you okay?
Terry: Look at his lens, his eye is silver, just like yours Ruby.
Fawna: When did he start wearing a cape?

SpiderMan turned and ran as he fired a web and swung out of sight to chase the villains.

Ruby: we should follow him!
Weiss: what, no, we need the police is what we should do.
Blake: the police are slow, let's move.
RAIN: Right!
Weiss: So much for safety

As teams RWBY and RAIN followed, SpiderMan swung before jumping on one black van as he fired a web at the wheels, making it swerve and slam into its twin. Police and Huntsmen alike appeared to arrest the occupants. SpiderMan dropped next to two, Glynda Goodwitch and Qrow Branwen.

Glynda: we have it covered here, more vans were spotted downtown
Qrow: your eye...
Glynda: GO!

SpiderMan nodded as he ran and swung after Torchwick. Catching up, he fired a web at one van and pulled himself forward, landing on the roof. Not giving the occupants time to recover, he jumped onto the hood before smashing his fist through and grabbing the wheel, forcing them to crash into the others van. Police arrived, forcing the occupants of the vans to surrender.

SpiderMan: where is your base?
WFThug: Go to hell!
SpiderMan: If I had a dime everytime I heard that.

SpiderMan swung off before getting reports of a giant robot attacking a group of teenagers.

SpiderMan: (can't leave Aaron in charge for one lousy minute to watch over the team before that insufferable red influences him sigh)
???: That just shows the hero in her
SpiderMan: Great, now I'm hearing things.

As the webbed warrior noticed cars flipped over as pedestrians ran to help their fellow men and women from wrecked cars. It appeared everyone was safe before a car tipped on the edge as a little girl remained stuck in the back seat.

FemalePedestrian: NO, MY BABY GIRL! SOMEONE HELP!

SpiderMan swung over to the scene as he fired two webs at the trunk and pulled backwards.

SpiderMan: C'mon you piece of trash, C'MON!
1Pedestrian: Whoa
2Pedestrian: Holy crap
3Pedestrian: Don't just stare, help him!

Pedestrians, faunus and human alike, each grabbed both of the webs and began pulling with him. The car was up a little, allowing a man to open the door and grab the little girl before the car fell from the bridge. SpiderMan sat down for a minute before hearing explosions coming from before.

FemalePedestrian: Thank you SpiderMan, thank you!
SpiderMan: All in a days work ma'am

SpiderMan stood before jumping off the bridge as he swung towards the commotion of the explosions to see RWBY and RAIN attacking the paladin before Blake swung her ribbon, showing an incoming firery projectile known as Yang before she slammed her gauntlet fist into the metal, shredding it to pieces. Roman toppled out of the destroyed mech before glaring at the kids.

Roman: Just got this clean, ladies, gentleman, Ice Queen. *tips hat*
Weiss: Hey!
Roman: Until next time, Neo if you'd would.

Neo appeared and opened her parasol before bowing as Yang rushed forward and punched her parasol, making them shatter into pieces. SpiderMan swung and dropped I  front of Roman and Neo as he threw a punch at the man. Neo growled slightly before running at the hero as she jabbedand swung her umbrella at him. He dodged before jumping and kicking her with both feet backwards.

Roman: NEO!
SpiderMan: Not this time Torchwick, you're going down!

SpiderMan glared before a heated silvery light appeared around him as a voice whispered to him

???: Together now
SpiderMan: Right, VALE SMASH!

SpiderMan glanced at his fist to see another fist overlapping him as he felt a surge of power go through him as he winded up before punching Neo as she flew into a pillar. He turned to see Roman staring in surprise before glaring at the hero as he fired his cane at the webbed hero, forcing him back as he ran forward and grabbed his unconscious partner and ran toward their waiting ship as it flew away.

Yang: Guess he got a new partner
Weiss: I guess you could say our plan...fell apart?
Ruby/Fawna: snickers
Yang: no, just no
Weiss: What? But you do it!
Yang: There's a time and place for jokes.
Weiss: was this not it?
Yang: no, it just wasn't good
Weiss: at least I'm trying
Terry: it actually was good
Aaron: for a pun

SpiderMan fell to his knees as he yelped before grabbing his arm. The glove was ripped from his arm as he noticed his arm colored purple. He winced before seeing a shadow cover him. He glanced to see Ruby and the rest looking at him. He sighed and stood before raising his arm.

SpiderMan: Maximum effort
