I woke up this morning to my mother saying get up we need to get everything off the floor honey, the house is flooded. I looked outside and the street looked like a raging river. Where ever I walk the carpet as water that flows around my feet. Does not feel nice. My paychecks sadly are going to go to the house for buying new carpet and fixing the furniture. In the end, this is a record flood that Kansas had had in 20+ years.
