Okay, so yesterday I started watching the show 'sword art online' (omg so good) and my dog was barking like crazy. I pretty much just lost it. My mind and heart were somewhere else and I just started laughing like the Joker. I looked at my sister and said:

"I need to flip a table over or rip something,"

So she got me a phone book. I ripped out so many pages. My family was having a fire out back, so I brought the pages to them. I told them Jefferson was driving me insane and they told me to let him outside. 

So, I did.

I still had the phone book near me, so whenever something happened in the show, I would rip out a few more pages. 

45 minutes later, I went back outside with more paper. Now, at this point, my dog was back inside with my other dog. 

"What!? I told you if he started barking again-"

"Oh, no. He's fine. Upsetting part in the show I'm watching. Have some more paper. Bye. I'm going to go cry now," I interrupted my dad.

This happened about three more times. 

My dad told me to stop watching for the night. 

The lesson:

Whenever you're watching a show, bring a phone book out so you can rip it up. 

If you were wondering, I ripped the entire phone book up. 

Don't judge me. It felt good.
