So, I was at the library today and happened to see a Marvel Iron Fist comic. My brain saw this:

and immediately thought of the Imperial crest from The Elder Scrolls series

Coincidence? According to the internet, Iron Fist first appeared in 1974. The first Elder Scrolls game was released in 1994. Quite possibly, the Imperial crest could have been inspired by Iron Fist's symbol. Most likely not, but it's fun to think about.
