DarkPuppet12 had a villain status so I need one, mostly because this villain will be my Halloween costume. So this will take a ROLEPLAY FORM.
Name:  Colin Knight
Villain name: Father Time
Looks: Brown coat with a blue shirt and black pants, the coat has a pocket that holds one of those watches that hypnotist use. He has a wrist watch on each arm and a watch hanging down his neck. He has brown hair and Steel Blue eyes.
Powers: With his pocket watch he can make people age rapidly and reverse this process. If he does it to anyone they lose one hour from there lives. If he does this again the person loses 3 hours and so on. He can also control the flow of time, and whenever he is about to kill someone he says "Your Time is Up." And then he taps them and they become a pile of dust.
Backstory: After Batman let his brother, Blood Bat, get his superpowers but at the cost of his sanity, he wanted revenge. He discovered his powers before this. He learned he could do this in sixth grade by killing a bully with the powers. He now works with Blood Bat trying to get their revenge on Batman.
