My depression is acting up...

I'm so sorry for bothering you with my stupid problems.....

You don't need the stress from me....

I had to convince a friend not to tell a teacher on Friday...

My therapist left her job and I feel like it was my fault and that she gave up on me....

I felt like I was gonna commit suicide that day...

They asked me if I had a plan....

I didn't but, I was planning as we were talking...

I stopped when they started talking again....

I can't bother my other real life friend, I don't need her crying from stress so I store it up inside sometimes.......

I'm sorry for bothering you.....

I AM NOT DOING THIS FOR ATTENTION please understand that.
