So I was watching an old Supernatural episode (S2 Ep20) where the genie thing gives Dean his dream world and idk why but it like lit my anxiety and depression up. As in, I was curled up in a ball pathetically sobbing over absolutely nothing. And it was kinda terrifying because I'm still shaky from it and my emotions are still volatile and I'm scared. Help
