Holding back a scream that you can't let out,
Saying that you need help when all they do is pout.
You're trying so hard to be strong,
You're trying so hard to hold it in,
You're trying so hard to continue being right, when you know you're wrong.
It's hard for someone to breathe without thinking how hard it is to breathe.
It's hard for someone to understand what they don't understand.
It's hard for someone to keep thriving on land, when all they want to do is be free and fly, fly away from their life and problems.
They kept holding back a scream of fear, regret, neglect, and defeat.
And there's no one around to help them.
It is something that you have to keep, until you can no longer scream.
