Could trigger anything to do with disabilities or physical features not sure if that trigger any one

Alright today I'd like to rant about something that doesn't necessarily happen to me but I feel I wanna talk about and that's about people getting made fun of for something they were born with or can't change about themselves. I started to think about this earlier yesterday when my friend told me about this kid who was born with very blotchy skin or perhaps he was in a fire and he got burned very badly. He was saying how the kid (the one with the skin condition) got bullied a lot. Also it got worse when I was watching Stranger Things last night and I thought about Dustin,Mike, and Lucas. Like we can all agree Troy and his little friend whatever his name is are assholes but like calling Mike "Frog Face", Lucas "Midnight", and Dustin "Toothless" are incredibly mean. And also I've seen people make fun of others for being in a wheelchair, missing a limb, being crutches, or having a physical deformity and it's sickening. Please don't be one of those people.
