Stop. I know you think about it, so stop. Don't do it. Suicide is not an option. There's no going back after it. Anyone you know or love will be broken. Things will get better and you can stop pretending to be happy because you will be. You will be happy with yourself. With other people. With what you have. Just stop, because more people care about you than you ever thought.

  Wait a second. A minute. A day, a week, a month. Even a year. You'll see that things will get better if you just wait a moment. That's all it takes. A moment of thought. Of recognition. Of life. One moment could change your life. Let you breath once again. 

  So put down the knife. Or the rope. Or the pills. Just stop.
