It's a full moon night, I'm standing in the midst of a forest with trees thin and tall as far as my eyes can see. There is an unsettling feeling in my gut that keeps telling me to keep walking towards the moon. I start running towards the moon; it is then that I notice that I'm completely surrounded by a pack of wolves. With blood red eyes and shivering growls. I'm terrified, too scared to keep moving. Even though it's a full moon tonight, it's so dark I can't see the wolves but only their eyes. And yet, somehow, looking in their eyes I feel calm, as if it's their loneliness that's somehow so humane that I feel connected to them somehow. They began coming close. I let them, it's not their fear that's keeping me still but the envy to keep looking in those beautiful eyes full of loneliness...yet full of strength. –ep –eep –beep –beep.

I woke up by the sound of my alarm clock. I'm breathing heavily and soaked with sweat. I lazily gaze at the clock, its 7:30. Looks like it still got some time on my hand before I have to go to college. I get up looking at all the notifications on my cell, Looks like nothing important going on today, I decided to cook noodles again today mainly since it's the most efficient choice, (and by efficient I mean the easiest). Surfing through the web this article catches my eyes, it explains how sometimes we get pre-motions of something that is going to happen. Hah! What a load of crap! Its not that I hate things like clairvoyance, its just I don't believe that our future is something set before it happens mostly. In my eyes, you can change the future even a second before it occurs. Well its not like I am someone who is ever going to experience something out of the ordinary anyway . Ever since my mom died, dad replaced the time he spent with us, with work. At first it did made me mad but now that I think about it, it was probably for the best. At least this way, I don't have to deal with him anymore. Looking at my phone, I guess its about time I left for college.

As I reach my college gates, I see my friends standing their arguing. I walk towards them to find out what they're fighting about this time.

Tyler- I'm telling you, once you go there you'll love it.

Leah- NO! and keep that thought away from me!

Tyler- geez, why do you always have to be so stuck up?

Leah- why do you always have to be so weird?

Leah- oh hey there Kate!

Tyler- hey Kate! How long have you been standing there?

Its at this moment that they finally notice I've been walking with them since we entered the college.

Me- Long enough...So? What is it this time?

Leah- Apparently, he found an article about the creepy place near the metro station and is bugging me to tag along with him today after class.

Me- Hmmm, it does sounds interesting, What is so creepy about this place anyway?

Tyler- Remember the whole "Samuel suicide case"? well, according to this article he had been going to that place since a week before his suicide. Many think it might be somehow connected to it, but the cops don't believe stories like this so they haven't put any restrictions on that place.

Me- Okay, I'm in.

Leah- what? You too? Guess I don't have much of a choice anymore, fine then, I'll tag along as well. But remember, if we get into any kind of trouble, I'm running away leaving the two of you behind

Since Leah is one of the star athlete of our campus, it's almost like a second nature for her to run away from her troubles.

Tyler- hey, that's not fair! At least take me with you when you run away.

Leah- what? How will that even work?

Tyler- Carry me princess style?

Leah- Don't you have any pride at all? Fine then, but if the cops began to catch up, I'm throwing you aside.

Looks like they forgot about me again, well not like I care anyway, so what if no one carries me? I'll just sell them out for my early bail and might even get a reward for exposing their previous crimes.

Leah- what's with the evil smirk Kate?

Crap! Looks like my wicked plans are slipping out. I wipe my grin off and answer with a smile.

Me- oh nothing, just seeing you two fight like a couple is so cute!

Leah blushes, Ha! Right on the spot! Its so easy for me to embarrass these two.

Tyler- So its decided then, right? The three of us are playing detective after class today.

Me- Yep, looks that way.

We three go our separate ways after deciding to meet near the college gate after class.

The class is boring as usual, and I drift into my thoughts...

Just why did I think it was exciting to visit a place like that anyway? Why did I think it was exciting...to find death?

Thinking back now, it might've been better for me to have refused the invitation after all....
