Caitie took a glance behind her.Lately,she's had a feeling someone was watching her.

It has been four months since the accident.Many search parties have been filed but no one had seemed to find her.Caitie was a master at stealth.

Luckily,when she was younger her mom made her take a martial arts class.She was pretty good at it till they moved again.It was hard fitting in.

Especially if your dad was all over the news after being arrested.Now,Caitie almost envied those days.

The streets were filled with criminals.Some she could even name.After she ran out of food,Caitie had to resort to stealing.She was not happy about it but she had to live.

She had even seen Batman and Robin more than once.They mostly hung around this area since most criminal activity was here.Caitie didn't mind though.

Sometimes she even kept the bad guys in place,if you could call it that.She was simply at the right place at the right time.Whoever Batman was under the mask,he had it all.He must have a lot of money to buy all his gadgets.

She knew crime fighting wasn't the best job but at least it was better than being a thief,like she was.Caitie sighed and stood up.

She had been sitting on the fire escape.Just then,she heard a loud explosion.Caitie glanced towards the bank as the side was blown away.

Out stepped 4 weirdly dressed people with two hyenas.Gothom is a strange place.Caitie thought as she jumped down to get a better look.

One of the people let off a strange laugh.Joker.Caitie gritted her teeth.Of course it was him.Caitie tried getting a bit closer but accidentally shuffled a rock which caused them to look over.Im dead.Im so dead.

"Hey Mr.J!I think we have a nosey person over here!"Harley said in her usual happy tone.Caitie pressed her body to the wall as her heart beat quickened.

"Show yourself kid if you know what's good for you."Joker said rather lowly.Caitie slowly walked out from behind the building.Her legs were slightly shaking.

"Well now,we can't have any witnesses around now can we Harles?"The Joker laughed and held up a gun.Caitie's eyes widened."Any last words kid?"And with that,Joker pulled the trigger.

She sealed her eyes shut out of fear.Everything seem to go in slow motion.Before she knew it,Caitie was on all fours.Caitie opened her eyes and saw a red tail!

She wasn't the only one shocked by her transformation.Little did she know,a certain bat and his robin were watching from above.Batman shot a bat-a-rang at Joker making him drop his gun.

Caitie took the chance and ran into the shadows.She heard someone running behind her,but she didn't take the chance to look behind her.Caitie hid in a alley way underneath a trash can.

She saw someone's feet as the person glanced around the alley way and ran off.She let out a low breath.Slowly,she got out from underneath it and made her way back to the warehouse.

There was some broken glass on the floor.Caitie glanced down and got to see her transformation.Her fur was identical to her hair.She had black paws and a white tip on her tail.Her blue eyes pierced the glass intensely.

That will make her easier to find in the dark.But she shrugged and thought about what had happened at the accident.The fox and the fire.As if triggered by the memory Caitie returned to her normal self and smiled.She was going to have fun with this.
