"Your face would look better in between my legs,"

Chapter : 14

Red

"Good afternoon, Red, have a seat." The former Alpha and the father of Luciano said as he waved his hand at a seat. I straightened my dress before sitting down in front of him.

"I have been informed about the recent mishap between you and our beta, Derrick. Is that the truth?" he asked.

The monster's name was Derrick.

"Yes, he attacked my friend and then me, I wouldn't call a mishap, sir," I replied.

"Attacking is usual for creatures like us, we survive on blood and meat of others. You cannot interfere between a couple regardless of whether you know them or not. You don't have that right yet." The old man as he rocked on his chair.

"Yet?" I drew my eyebrows up.

"Yes, you can have that right only after the coronation, and only after Luciano sets his claim on you."

"Coronation? Of what?" Was I missing something? Luciano never mentioned a coronation. I did know about the claim of a werewolf on his mate, but that was all. 

"The coronation is when my crown is passed to my son and his mate. This will set you as a queen of the Blackmaw Manes and rest of the wolves." He further continued to explain. As he continued, I got more confused.

"Blackmaw Manes, what is that?"

"This pack, our pack, is an ancient lineage, one of the strongest ones in the world!" he stated. "I am assuming Luciano didn't explain,"

All he did was dip his head down to legs.

"No,"

"Well, ask him."

"How am I supposed to be a queen of wolves when I am merely a human? Doesn't that disqualify me?" I asked.

"No Red. An Alpha's mate is destined, and it cannot be changed. A female Alpha can be anyone, any creature or human. You are paired with Luciano for a reason." He explained.

"And what's that?" I trailed off.

The old man shrugged, "I am not aware of the reason, but it shall be shown soon,"

I nodded my head as I tried my best to take in the information the old man churned out.

"So, when I am queen, I can do whatever I want to?" I asked. "No one can stop me?" My intentions quickly turned black and wicked. 

"Yes, you have the right to do anything. The only person who can stop you is your mate, Luciano. You are supposed to obey his commands." The old man said before taking a deep breath. "Under the current law set by the wolf board, you're supposed to be claimed by the Alpha within a week, and from there, you'll be shaped in a queen."

"But he's going to claim me until he is satisfied with teasing me..." I blurted out. I immediately slapped my hand over my mouth as I just went through my words. This wasn't the right time to spill details about my life with Luciano to his father.

"Lure him, force him. Male Alpha's cannot stand their mate unmarked; I am not sure how Luciano is keeping up with it." He said.

"I will try," I smiled at the man before getting.

"Red," he called out my name as I went towards the door. I stopped and turned around. "I am expecting something good from you and Luciano as the future king and queen. Do not disappoint me,"

"Of course, I won't disappoint you."

I opened the golden handle of the door and walked outside of the room. The guards glared at me as I walked down the hall. As I began to wander around the castle walls, I went through whatever the old man said.

I had one week to be claimed by Luciano.

Being queen was a wicked desire that burned through me after I learned what all advantages I could get. The power that position gave me could change so many things – so many.

"Red," Luciano called out my name as he ran towards me. "What did my father say?" he asked.

"Nothing much, he was just telling me the mishap I had earlier with one of your members," I said.

"That's all?"

"Yes," I lied, but Luciano couldn't find that out.

"Well, if it's done, we can head back to our house." Luciano pressed his warm hand against my black and clenched it tightly. This man had no control, and I was going to take advantage of it.

"I want to somewhere," I said as I walked with him. We stepped out of the castle together and near a car.

"Where?" he asked.

"A church,"

"Why?" he was surprised by my response.

"Nothing, I just want to pray. Can you take me there?" I asked as I looked at him.

"Of course," he sighed before getting inside the car.

The driver stopped by a large church that was resting in the middle of the town. The church was reasonably beautiful from the outside, but there was no one around it. It gave me a vague sense of loneliness. I assumed creatures didn't pray.

"Do you want me to come with you?" Luciano asked as my hand headed towards the door handle.

"Do you pray?" I questioned.

"No,"

"Do you believe in God?"

"No,"

"Then stay here," I said before getting out.

Luciano seemed surprised when I close the door on him. What else was he expecting? I swallowed down the lump forming in my throat and walked inside the church. Just as I expected, it was empty from the inside. The stretched golden candles were lighted, and a piece of sacred music was playing in the background. The chairs were empty, and so was the stage.

I glanced around one last time before picking up the candle. I began lighting the dead candles before standing in front of the alter. After making the sign of a cross, I started confessing.

"Bless me, Father, for I have sinned. It has been over six days since I last prayed and came to you. Since then, I have been impure. Evil and vile emotions have corrupted my thoughts. I have desires that I have never felt before. I tried to control my desires, but I cannot, not anymore, and I doubt I can avoid sinning with someone who I am not married too. He's too intimidating, my body goes in agony whenever his touch leaves me, and I cannot help but think about him in a sinful." A storm of emotion briefly passed my soul before I turned selfish.

"For these sins, I have already done, please forgive me." I looked up at the altar. "I have wrong intentions, and I cannot control them anymore; I am sorry."

After confessing and asking for forgiveness, I turned around and walked out of the church. My heart was filled with naughty thoughts and desires, and even after the confession, I didn't feel better. I went back inside the vehicle parked outside the church.

"What did you do?" Luciano asked as he turned his sole attention at me.

I licked the bottom of my lips, "I just confessed my sins and asked for forgiveness,"

The air thickened as the car began to move under the order of Luciano.

"But you haven't sinned yet," he stared at me, confused and baffled.

"I have, it's just that you have different meanings of sins and I have different." I cleared my throat and said.

"We all know you were made to sin," he chuckled. "Especially with that intoxicating beauty and body, I doubt men can keep their hands away from you,"

"But you are, aren't you?" I asked.

His thumb caressed my cheeks as he let out another peal of laughter. "Trust me, Red, I want to rip your insides and watch you whimper underneath my touch. I have been eager to hear your tormented moans and screams." He turned his eyes away from mine. "Just not right now,"
