Epilogue

Fiona sat by the table, her head flat next to the very-healthy oatmeal I decided to make for her. She pushed the spoon inside and a few more tears fell down her face.

"Come on, quickly, finish this up. We have to leave." I said, standing behind her and running my fingers through my freshly curled hair.

My raw roots had grown out and the blonde was fading away. It looked ugly but I had to be patient before cutting off the ends.

"I don't want to eat. I want chocolate!" She cried, thrusting the spoon inside the oatmeal again and kicking her legs underneath the table.

I rolled my eyes at her and leaned down to rise her head up from the table. "And there are going to be so many chocolates in Aunt Anna's wedding, even a delicious cake. We can all enjoy that but you have to eat this first to fill up your stomach." I explained to her, in her terms.

"Yay! Okay."

When she started stuffing her mouth up with the oatmeal, I smiled and turned around. It was hard to get Fiona to eat anything healthy as she was spoiled with chocolates and junk food that wasn't good for her at all.

I went back into my room and glanced at myself in the mirror for another time. Today was Anna's wedding day, one we all anticipated about. It here, finally. I wore a silk full-length dress in a beige color to get the look of the bridesmaid. I was the only bridesmaid in this wedding since Anna hated every other woman.

On the other hand, Ben had a lot of friends coming to the massive wedding held at the newly opened ballroom of the Hanson's residence.

"You look beautiful," Luciano appeared behind, wrapping his arms around my waist and bringing a halt to my anxiety.

"Something doesn't seem right," I chewed my lips and glared the mirror. Rolling my fingers around one of the pendants on my neck, I continued, "I think I shouldn't wear this one."

I had to many things on my neck, my talisman, the stone of Lycan's and another necklace Dillion had gifted me last year. I took the fourth one out and placed it on the table. It was a diamond necklace from my jewelry and it just didn't sit right with me.

"Uh, you'll look great either way."

The next necklace I felt on my neck was Luciano's hand, wrapping around and turning my head back. He bent down and kissed me on the lips, taking away half of my lipstick.

"I should just wear this one." I whispered, gazing in his eyes while holding his hand that was still around my neck.

"Wear it at night, it will look a lot better." He winked.

I let out a small laugh before pushing him away from me, "Go! I need to fix my self and go to Anna in a minute."

As Luciano faded out of our bedroom, I smiled. A year had passed by and the only worry we both had was were to travel this summer. Right after I made amends with Damon, he took the honor and bought the witches to life, all six of them, by himself.

We agreed on never crossing paths again and that his secret would stay with me, forever. I also promised to provide protection for his son and him at Lunaris where he was currently staying at.

All the trouble and the chaos came to an end that night itself. Since then, I had been happy and cheerful with my lovely family.

When I did return to Brittleburgh later at that night, Dillion and Ben were hurt but the spell was broken. There were no fatalities and no one dead by the hands of Luciano.

We were all safe, healthy and alive a year later.

And now, Ben and Anna were getting married.

When I entered her room, I gasped and slapped my hand over my mouth when I saw my sister. "Oh my God, you look so amazing!" I yelled, wrapping my arms around her.

"Thanks but I already know." She replied, holding her confidence high up.

Clearing my throat, I asked, "I know we spoke about this earlier but that was like six months ago and I just wanted to ask again, do you want to walk down the aisle with me or Dillion?"

"Is Ben an option?"

I slapped her shoulder and my lips parted, "No!"

"Fine, fine, I'm joking," She stopped laughing like a manic and said, "I wasn't ready then but I'm now, I really would like to walk with Dillion."

Dillion peeped in from the door, "I was waiting for when you'd change your mind!" He exclaimed, jumping in with joy.

Anna wasn't sure about it six months ago, when the wedding was getting planned. Then, she was ready to go with me down the aisle but as the six months passed, we got really close to our real Dad and we both were waiting for this day to come so we could ask her.

With laughter in the air, I left them alone and went back to grab Fiona who was done with having her breakfast.

"Can we have chocolates now?" She asked as I pulled her down from the seat.

"Patience," I handed her the basket filled with fresh petals of roses and reminded her what she had to do before the bride could walk down the aisle.

The clock was ringing and the instrumental music in the background changed, informing the guests it was the time now. Everyone was seated in their places and Ben was standing on the stage, all of them waiting for the bride.

"Mommy has to run but at Valarie's cue, you'll walk, okay?" I quickly tamed Fiona's hair down and straightened her dress before going back into the bride's room.

I leaned by the door and asked, "Ready?"

"Yes." Anna took a deep breath and nodded. Her arm looped around Dillion's as they prepared themselves.

"No crying!" I reminded her.

"I don't cry." She rolled her teary eyes at me.

"Yeah, yeah. I'm going to go sit down. Valarie will come and tell you when it's your time,"

She blinked her damp eyes and gave me a small nod. I left the room and went into the ballroom. It was larger than the one we had at the castle before and it was specifically designed for weddings and parties in the family.

The mansion was built on the same ground as where the castle was once upon a time and while it was impossible to forget the memories inside the castle, I intended on making new ones here.

The wedding was massive, a dream wedding and most of it was planned by me as I had nothing to do in life and all my problems were long dead or gone.

It was the best gift I could've offered Anna after being away from her for almost twenty years.

There were so many people seated inside the ballroom, some witches and some werewolves. The century old feud between them was bought to an halt when I became the Queen of Witches and Luciano became the King of Wolves.

It was the start of a new era, a new generation, one that wouldn't despise each other, one that would live in peace for as long as we were alive.
