Scarletpaw's eyes sparkled.

"I, Aquastar, leader of ThunderClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. They have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend them to you as a warrior in their turn. Scarletpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan?" Aquastar asked.

"I do!" Scarletpaw declared.

"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Scarletpaw, from this moment on, you will be known as Scarletpool. StarClan honors your bravery and spirit and we welcome you as a full warrior of ThunderClan," Aquastar announced.

Aquastar touched her muzzle and Scarletpool licked her muzzle.

"Scarletpool! Scarletpool!" the Clan yowled in unison.

"Go sit vigil now," Shimmerstar ordered.

Padding to the warriors' den, Fluffyfur. curled up and fell into a deep, deep sleep.
