Shivaay comes back after a hectic day  hoping to go into his room and have a good nap before he leaves for anika's flat to watch on her.  It's been almost week , it's his routine.  He finishes his work quickly and then he straight go back to anika's flat to watch on her.  Already last three times , he couldn't save her. But this time,  he won't leave her alone. He will make sure that he keep an eye on her all the time. So that whoever is trying to attack on her. He doesn't get chance to get near her.  With these thoughts swirling in his brain he entered in the room. But soon his feet halted when he saw whole house is getting decorate by some people. He bewildered and catch one of them , who was passing by him holding the fresh flowers basket in his hand.

What's happening here. ?? He asked having curiosity on his face. 

Your engagement.. Sofia answered from the back making him shocked , he left the decorator and turn towards his mother finding her folding her arms.

What ?? Are you serious mom.  What are you talking about.  He asked trying to control His building rage inside him. 

Yes I'm serious. I think you are having some memory loss. That's why you forgotten so quickly about our conversation before a week. When I'd told you that you are getting engaged to the Bella in a week. 

Mom this is ridiculous. You can't do this to me. I don't want to marry Bella ... I ( his mother intruded before he talks more)

Oh really you don't.  Since when you decided to not marry her.  As per as I remembered  , Before few days you were all  over her. Then what happened now that you have changed your mind. She said having mockery in her tone.

Mom I can't because anika is .... But he stopped in middle by his mother making him speechless.

Noooo .... You do not take her name shivaay. You itself had divorced  her. You never wanted to be with her.  And you said all this infront of everyone in  crystal clear words. So now  I, won't let you to turn your way from your own statements. Get Marry to the Bella and that's only good for you. Stop looking into the past and ruin anika's peace as well.

Mom you can't do this to me. That day i'd kept quiet after your slap on my face. That's doesn't mean you will take your orders seriously. I'd already told you. I won't marry Bella. Then why you want me to tie in unwanted relationship. He shouts not able to control his sanity seeing his mother deciding about his life without his will.

Bella was your wish shivaay. Since when you started considering her unwanted.. she sneers. When you were getting divorced with anika.  I'd warned you to not do it. But you were too stubborn to hear anything and now when your wish is getting fulfilled. I don't know what got into you that you are creating all this melodrama. Look shivaay , just hold your horses and get marry to Bella. I do not want to get humiliate because of you infront of other people. Understand. Now go into your room and get ready. In few hours the function is going to start. Saying this she left from there before shivaay attempts to say or do something.

Mom " he grunts stomping his foot on thr floor in rage. He don't understand . why his own mother is not able to see his helplessness. It's been almost a week he is ranting about his wish to not marry Bella. But he don't know what got into her that she just doesn't want to listen to him at all. But that's enough is enough. He can't let her decide about his life. If he doesn't want to marry Bella. Then that's won't happen. No one else can force him to do something , which doesn't want to do.  With this determination , he turned on his same feet and stormed away from there destination instead  towards his room where his mmm have arrange his clothes to wear in  unwanted engagement.

In the otherside

Anika thankful that she managed to recover in week and come to her work.  It was really boring for her to stay at home all the time and take rest. She hasn't been made to rest like that. She is one of those women, who just want to keep their body into moving.but on the same time she is annoyed as well. Because Shivaay's bodyguards are just following her everywhere. Almost whole hospital has been surrounded  by them. She don't  think so even a bird can  try to come in.  That guy has literally tied her up from everywhere. She huffs in  irritation  and lean on the chair closing her eyes for few seconds.

Anika are you alright ?? Hearing soft voice of balaaj anika open her eyes and smile.

Yeah I'm fine don't worry. She assures him settling properly on the chair.

You seem tired. I think you should go home. Your wound still in process of healing. I don't want you to get sick again. He said in concerned full voice grasping her hand in his palm.

I'm fine. trust me. See "saying this she got up looking all energetic and relaxed.

Fine , if you are fine then. Shall we go for evening round. I guess before you call the day off. We should have a stride around the hospital. He said passing her smile.

Yeah sure. Anika put her hands in her white coat and follow him behind.

In the parking area"

Seeing Shivaay's car emerging in the hospital , the body gaurds come running towards his side and open the car door for him.

I'm going in. He gave his car key to one of the guard and went inside having long steps.

Inside

Anika is walking having small laughter with balaaj when suddenly her all happiness fades away supporting shivaay standing in the door having not so good expressions. She rolls her eyes  in irritation and immediately looked away ignoring him fully which  shivaay noticed it instantly.

Anika I'll meet you later. Balaaj about to leave. But on meantime anika held his arm giving mini heart attack to shivaay. First he tuck his eyes on her hand and then he dragged his eyes towards balaaj ,who seems  all happy shining in joy getting anika's attention.

Where ar you  going? didn't you promise me for the  dinner tonight. She chimes delightedly grasping  his arm firmly.

Dinner , oh yes I totally forgot about that.  You know what I'll reserve the table right now. I promise ,tonight will be best night for you. He winks and left from there. To make the call. While anika just totally ignored shivaay and brushed pass by him  without giving damn to his existence near her.  Shivaay chuckles humourlessly and follows her behind having his hands in his pant pockets. 

In the ward "

Anika about to close the door when a strong hand stopped it in middle making her startled little. But she held herself and just casually went towards her seat behind the table.

What do you want me oberoi. Didn't I've tell you to stay away from me. Why are up following me where ever I'm going.she said in her calm tone ,which pisses him more than before. He had thought that she will be little sad after learning about his engagement with Bella. But she seems all chilled and cool enjoying her time with that pathetic balaaj.

Mom is arranging engagement party for me and Bella. Do you know about that. Anika exhale a long breath and opened the nearby file laying on that table.

I know about that since she had announced before a week. If there's anything new then tell me. Otherwise don't waste my time and kindly leave. She huffs shaking her head in annoyance with his presence.

And you are chill about that. Don't you have a little remorse about loosing mr. Hearing him anika chuckle humourlessly and kept her face on her hand staring at him with her brown eyes making him nervous in his own disguise.

Since when you started thinking that I'll care about you getting married to my sister. When I already know that  I've nothing to do with you.  That day in the hospital , when you had signed on those papers  infront of everyone. That day only for me you had became a stranger. Whom I don't want him to enter in my life anymore. Before that day I still was considering you something of mine ,despite knowing you despise me to the core and want to  get rid off me as soon as possible from you life. But after the  sign of yours on the divorce papers ,me and you both became two people ,who don't know each other. Understand. Now kindly leave. You are really wasting my time. I've so many things to do. She gave him stern look and open thr file to carry on with her work but next second "she gasps "when he shut the file with loud thud and pulled her towards him

You have given me enough lectures anika. And now that's enough. I can't handle it anymore. It's been so many days. You are ranting same stuff again and again without caring about my feelings at all. I agreed" I have done a huge mistakes in the past by leaving you. And I regret for it. But you also not leaving it at all. You are just stuck on one place without moving a bit. Why don't you understand that I really want you. I wanna be with the girl ,who had won my heart by her kind gesture in the childhood. I never loved Bella. If I did then .it..... he about  to say more. But  anika didn't let him and shove him away.

Don't , don't even say the word. When you don't mean for that. You love Bella. You always did. She was your first and last love. You can't deny about that at all mr oberoi. It's just I don't know "what got into you all of sudden that you started despising her all of sudden. Look mr Oberoi" just forget the past and move on with Bella. I'm sure she will keep you happy and fulfil all the  wishes of yours  "which you were having "since  she was in the coma.. now get out before I call the security and they  do the honour with their own hands.  She  shout pouting towards the door having red puffy face. Shivaay chuckle and nods her head. 

I'll leave but first you have to promise me that you are coming in my engagement party. He smirks

I'm not coming!! she intruded having not so good expressions.

You are coming. If you are not then that's mean you can't see me with someone else. That's why you  are trying to avoid to come. Don't you. He smirk tracing his fingers  on her arm which  she jerked it away and speak.

You can think however you want. But I'm not coming. Now get out from  here.  She again orders him in her hard tone ,which seems not working at him and he stood there staring at her face.

You will come. If you didn't. Then I won't do engagement.now it's up to you ,what do you want. You want me to settle down with Bella or chase behind you. Choice is totally yours. Saying this he about to leave but stopped seeing balaaj standing in the door looking at shivay  with  pure hate.  But shivaay didn't bother to entertain him with his anger and stormed away from there  hitting his shoulder with his own.
