Anika wipe her face harshly with the towel and threw it in the corner looking at her dishevelled state in the mirror. She looking like a broken doll " whom people played each and every phase of her life. First her fake parents and then this shivaay " Who treated her so shit until she was in his life and now when she is ready to forget him and let him go "he wants to come back trying to prove that how much he is into her when she knows he is not at all. All he wants to fulfilled his desires which are erupting in him each and every second. But she won't accept the defeat infront of him. She will make sure that they get divorce no matter what happens. She wipes her tears harshly and left the washroom aiming to fix all the problem in her life which is directly related with shivaay.

After not so good night " she wake up with puffy eyes and directly went to get ready quickly. Today she will start her day to finish the matter of shivaay. He's done enough damage in her life. She won't let him to do any more. They will get divorce and she will make sure that.with this solid aim she got ready quickly and left her house without having anything. She promise herself " she won't eat until she doesn't see herself free from the cage of him.

In the court parking 

She parks her car and went inside with heavy steps.

Miss anika you came , as she entered in the room she's been greeted by her lawyer who seem not so happy. Some distress is on his face" which couldn't understand why.

Is everything alright mr khan ? She ask out of curiosity looking at his face.

Err yes or no... he about to say more but a man came and informed them they have been called in meeting room.

Shall we go in ?mr khan said showing way to anika towards meeting room.

We shall " she whispered and followed him behind.

Mr khan we were waiting for you only. Come and have seat. Anika looking at her opposition lawyer and then drag her eyes towards the man sitting back facing her. Ultimately her grip tightened on her file being very well who's the person is. she grounded her teeth and squeezed her eyes trying to control her building rage inside her.

Miss anika have seat. I think we should start the process. Anika unwillingly nodes and raises her Hand to pull the chair. But before she does"'chair has been pulled by shivaay" who not only took the chair out for her but he also fixed the cushion so that she could sit comfortably. Anika amusedly drag her eyes and met her gaze with the pair of blue eyes which are looking so tired like he haven't slept whole night.

Come have seat. He said politely giving her his charming smile. Which made anika cleared her throat awkwardly and sat on the chair.

So miss anika as per as you requested we have kept this meeting early morning . Mr Oberoi specifically had called us to arrange all this in urgent need.if he won't had requested then might , but one glare from shivay made his lawyer quite and he  started looking for something on table having awkward smile. Simultaneously anika snaps her eyes at shivaay in shock thinking about their last night conversation and his threats but then she composes herself and nods her head wondering what happened all of sudden to this men that he itself arranged all this when he didn't want to divorce her on the first place. 

So miss anika , couldI know the reason for divorce. District judge asked passing her a light smile.

We have been separated since last six months and it was mr oberoi who wanted it. As he was in love with my sister.  And very much wants  to live with her. And ...

But as per as mr oberoi , he doesn't want to divorce you anymore.  He wants to  give chance. Isn't mr oberoi.

I agree with her. I was the one who had initiated our divorce first.but now I don't want it. And I've already told her several times. I wanna give chance to this marriage.

Miss anika let mr oberoi finish. Judge said in calm tone but anika shook her head and speak.

I know what he is going to say sir. So it's better if we don't waste our time and just finish all this as soon as possible. She said in her firm tone without Having a small hesitation in her tone and sat there leaning on her chair.

Alright , before we proceed to divorce I would like to address Fatah " whose custody you both have after his parents death. I would suggest you to  look through his matter as well before parting away. Do you know that how bad impact it gonna leave on him when he will learn that  he is losing you as well after his parents. As anika heard him she snapped her eyes and reality struck her realising about the time when she and shivaay had adopted him because of his uncle " who were highly bent to take him away along with him just because his parents had put all their property name on fatah's mother and after her death it had automatically transferred  on fatah's name. Anika closed her eyes and hold her head with her shaky hands not able to understand what to do. She was in process of all this when she heard a little voice from behind. She immediately turned and found  Fatah standing in the door looking at her with his innocent eyes.

Annie " his voice crack and he come running towards her and in no time he climb in her lap and hugged her tightly like he was deprived to meet her.

Fatah " whisper left her mouth as she felt his warmth.

I missed you Annie I missed you so much. He sobs hiding his face in her crook wrapping his arm tightly around her neck.

I've missed you too, I missed my baby as well. She broke apart and wipe his tears with her hands passing him light smile which soon faded with his next question.

Are you and uncle getting divorce Annie. Are you leaving me as well like mommy and daddy. Anika's heart broke seeing his innocent face looking all sad and longing

I I ... she try to voice out. But all come out is air nothing else.

Don't do that Annie. I love you very much and I don't want you to leave me and my uncle like this. Shivaay immediately stare at anika with hope " which made anika come back into senses feeling his burning gaze at her and speak.

If you don't mind sir then i would like to talk to mr oberoi alone for few minutes. She asked in her firm tone to Judge" who nods his head in approval.

Yeah " sure you can do it. Thanks , saying this she got up and put Fatah on chair.

I'll be back in a minute baby. I need to discuss something With your uncle . You just sit here ok. She caresses his head lovingly controlling her inner anger and went followed by shivaay.

Outside as shivaay came out he's been pushed by her  making him stumble back.

You have gotten  Fatah here didn't you. It was all your plan to use that innocent to stop our divorce. Shivaay open his mouth to speak but then bend his head down not voicing out everything.

I knew that for your own good you would do anything. But I didn't know that you will stoop so low mr oberoi.  She screams having disbelief in her eyes earning a defeated sigh from him.

It's just you can't disguises the fact that I'm going to  marry someone else so that's why all of sudden jealousy has started developing in you and you want me back into your life without giving shit about my feelings or  wishes.  Look mr oberoi let's go in and sign on divorce papers I'm done seeing your unnecessary nonsense. Understand saying this she try to pass by him but he pulls her back holding her arm.

This divorce won't happen. I won't let you go away from me. He said in his firm tone making her chuckle in sarcasm.  So you are still stubborn and selfish on  your words mr oberoi. Aren't you .

You can call me whatever you want but I won't step back from my decision.

You have to mr oberoi. You can't bind anika with you without her will. Balaaj speak from the back alerting both of  them of his presence. Shivaay curled his hands into fists and snapped her eyes at him with full of furry and rage.

What the hell are you doing here. He hurled in annoyance with his presence.

I'm here to support my fiance. Is there any problem mr oberoi. Balaaj said calmly resting his hand on anika's arm making shivaay feel like to break this man hand for lying on his wife.

I appreciate your concern but please it's my personal matter and I would like to solve it on my own. You please let me handle this and you mr oberoi you have played so well by bringing Fatah between us. But unfortunately whatever you have planed that won't happen.you want to bind me with fatah's custody . Shivaay didn't speak and stare at her cluelessly. He can't process that what's going on in her little head which is picturing her so confident. He open his mouth to answer her "but before he does" she stride inside the room where judge and Fatah is present.

I'm sorry for delaying sir but now I've reached on my conclusion. I've decided that me and mr oberoi will get divorce. As well as won't part away from the fatah's custody. We will do his upbringing as parents " but in separate ways. I hope that's not a big issue with you to grant my wish. Judge bewildered and look at her shivaay helplessly. Now he doesn't have any choice but give whatever she is asking for. Because by law he can't bind someone in relationship which he/she doesn't want to. Moreover she is ready to have joint custody so there's no point to drag it more.

I I ... he stammers but anika catches him in middle and speak.

Err no there's no problem. When you don't want to live in this relationship then we can't force you into it. Here you can sign and mr oberoi you have to do as well. He said pushing papers infront of anika " which she immediately pulled towards her side and sign without hesitation.

Mr oberoi " after signing she step back and give way to shivaay " who is standing like a statue without movement.after doing everything he's been brought back to the place where he was standing before.  He really wish if it's his dream and he wake up with his life with anika. But reality struck him when anika called his name again and ask him to sign.  He flicker his eyes controlling his tears and look at her with pleading gaze but she seems too heartless to react on his helplessness. After so much struggle unwillingly he move towards the table and sign on his death certificate with trembling hands.

As he sign anika sigh of relief and look at Fatah" who is staring at her with his innocent eyes. Anika sighs and crouch down infront of him keeping hands on his shoulder.

I'm sorry baby but I didn't have option. I hope you will understand your Annie. Fatah smiles and peck her cheek lovingly

Of course I do. If you are not happy with something then I would never force you in that. Anika smiles on his braveness and embrace him in hug.

I'm glad after hearing that. She kisses his cheek twice and stood up holding his hand. Let's go balaaj "I think our work here is done. We should take move. she slid her hand in his which made Shivaay's heart churn and left from there finishing each and every string with shivaay which was holding them back.

Mr oberoi " judge atood up from his chair to speak something but shivaay just showed him hand and walked out from there in Broken state.

On the other side

Anika I'm very glad that now we don't have any hurdle between us anymore. Balaaj said resting his hand on hers bringing her back to reality.

Yeah !!she smiles little and turn her face towards the window again.

I guess now you don't have any problem to marry. Don't you. Anika so wanna say that yes she does have it. She don't wanna get into relationship again with someone. But then she dropped the idea and nods her head.

That's great. I'm going to call mum and from tomorrow onwards our wedding preparation will start. He beams in happiness and continue his journey with his favourite lady.

On the other-side

As Bella got the news of anika and Shivaay's divorce ,without wasting for a bit of time she grabbed her bag and left to see shivaay. Finally  the hurdles between shivaay and her got finished. Now she can win him back and marry him as soon as possible before another problem land on her and their relationship.

In oberoi mansion

Seeing Bella there everyone churn their face but for sake of shivaay they plastered smiles on their faces.

Where's shivaay ? Is he in his room??. She asked his mum without asking even one person about their well being or something

No he hasn't came  yet. Might he would be on his office.  She answered in her usual tone without showing little annoyance with her presence

Alright . Saying this she turn on her same feet and about  to go but stopped again having evil smirk.

By the way I'm sure you guys won't know but anika and shivaay are officially divorced. Now  both of them have no relationship between them.

Yeah " anyways I should go now. I can't leave shivaay alone in this situation. Isn't ? She made fake sad face and  left the mansion leaving everyone shocked and what not
