Harry was certified insane.

Draco was certified sane, or at least he thought.

Draco worked at Hogwarts Mental Institution. He was a psychologist, working hard to get each patient the mental help they needed. He often talked with them about their delusions or their fears, even about family and friends they might have or imagine.

Draco talked most to Harry Potter, or as he was known to most of the patients at the facility, Patient 1939. Draco loved their talks on personal morals.

Harry had done many awful things, mentally Draco tried to justify them, saying that his Aunt and Uncle were abusive, that his cousin was an asshole-ish pig who never cared about anyone other than himself. But the truth was that Harry was a psychopath, a hot psychopath.

Draco spent too much time with Harry and began to feel some of Harry's more intrusive thoughts wiggle into his head. The other day, when a colleague tried to call bull-shit on some of his more interesting medication ideas, he thought, 'what if he just went away, 'disappeared.''

Draco actively tried not to think in that way, tried to think like a normal person, tried to be normal, but Harry told him to be himself, be who he is. Hermione Granger, his best friend and fellow psychiatrist, told him not to trust Harry, not to trust the insane man from a mental institution. Draco couldn't help but think that Harry was right, that Hermione was wrong, and that Harry could be trusted. Harry was his better best friend after all.

One fateful afternoon Draco and Harry were talking, Draco sat in a more comfortable looking chair, while Harry sat in a chair, bolted to the ground.

A third of the way into their daily time, Harry suddenly asked, "What about me is your favourite?"

Draco looked confused, unused to these types of questions from the other man, "I like your honesty and your willingness to tell me what I ask." Draco continued, "Now why haven't you been taking the meds I prescribed you for your violent outbursts?"

As Harry answered he seemed to be more focused on Draco's responses than the questions he was being asked. "Would you ever consider letting me out of this chair?"

Draco was bewildered, while Harry had always fired back with questions, they never even brushed up against this particular topic of conversation. "Depends."

"On what," The man looked suave but Draco could tell he was grinning ear-to-ear, inside.

"On how well you behave in these sessions," Draco responded to his line of questioning.

"I think I've behaved reasonably," Harry smiled, "Don't you?"

Draco had been forbidden to unlock the handcuffs, especially on a patient with a history of murder, but Harry would never hurt him, right?

He stood up and walked to the dark-haired man, watching how the man's green eyes followed him. Draco leaned down and unlocked the cuffs. For a moment he was terrified, scared that Harry would hurt him, but then he remembered, Harry would never harm him.

Harry rubbed his chafed wrists, "Those were always so tight, I thought Snape," the warden, "hated me."

Draco laughed, causing Harry to giggle to himself, the most majestic sound Draco had ever heard.

Harry stood, he was nose-to-nose with Draco. His left hand reached out to brush Draco's bangs out of his face, then Harry kissed the doctor. The two sighed into the kiss, both receiving pleasure out of something which was anticipated to the highest degree.

Eventually, Harry drew his lips away from Draco's starving mouth. The two stood and shared each other's breath for a few minutes before Draco spoke, "What does this mean, Harry?"

Harry caressed the blonde's soft face, "We should leave."

Draco stopped thinking about his job, money, family, anything but Harry vanished from his mind, "Ok."

Harry laughed, seeming almost hysterical. Draco giggled along, not exactly getting the hang of the maniacal laughter bit, just sounding happy.

Two years later.

"Rita Skeeter, World Weekly News. We've just received a report from the Police that a Crime duo, Lion and Serpent were just reported robbing a Shopping Mall Downtown." A sketch of two men, both with an insane look in their eye, flashed up behind the white-haired reporter. "The police do not advise approaching the suspects on the streets. If you see them please report them to the proper authorities. These men are highly dangerous individuals, so please stay away for your safety."

I hope you like this and are willing to share some requests for me to write.
