" Wolfpaw! Todays are assement! Were going to be warriors!" I screeched as I leapt on him. " Calm down! Don't waste all your engery!" He prompted while yawning. Pollenfall was waiting by the camp entrance. ' Come on you two! We don't have all day. Its going to rain and its getting cold lets go!" She snapped. i ran out of the camp with my tail streaming behind me. " Ok, get as much prey as you can and use skills. I will be watching." Pollenfall prompted angrily.

I crawled through the undergrowth, watching the vole I had been tracking. I watched as it at seeds. I sprang forward with my backlegs. I landed on its back and did the killing bite. i picked it up, I was so proud of myself. I had already caught a thrush. Now its time to catch a fish. I buried my prey and walked to the small stream. A minnow flashed through the water. I watched carefully. I threw my paw into the water and pulled it out with a minnow hooked in my paws. I stood up proudly now with the fish in my jaws.I brought it back to my vole and sat it next to it. A thrush sat near me. I crept around it. Its tempting scent drifted towards me. I crept closer. It hadn't even noticed me yet! I leapt into the air. It let out a call of alarm. It flutterd into the air. I was already there. I grabbed one of its wings. It tried to fly away bt I caught it before it could even let out a screech. I dropped my thrush at my growing pile. I crept through undergrowth to a mouse. It was nimbling on a beech seed. I sprang forward. I was to slow. The mouse scrambled down into its hole. I growled in frustration. I turned around and stalked back to my prey pile. " Well done."  A voice spoke from behind me. I jumped. Pollenfall was behind me. "You did wonderful." Why was she so happy? " Thank you." I said kindly.

" Wolfpaw! We are going to be warriors, I passed and you passed! So did Sunpaw, and Gempaw!" Were warriors!" I screeched. " Well not yet." Wolfpaw corrected me. I didn't even care. I was going to be a warrior.
