Secret Works And Performances (or commonly known as S.W.A.P) is an underground organization with a lot to offer, the most common being their Switch Out Idols program. Switch Out Idols are people who strongly resemble an idol and are bought to temporarily replace them on stage so the idol/group may take a break without stopping comebacks or tours. Gender nor voice is a problem due to their temporary facial reconstruction and voice altering chip technology which allows them to slightly alter someone's voice when they speak and their facial structure for a few hours at a time. Switch Out Idols are not really known to the public but are very common among entertainment companies such as the big three, SM Entertainment, YG Entertainment, JYP Entertainment.
