Chapter Six: Why Hello
I will never forget those yellow eyes that stared me down. They started coming closer to me and soon I could see the shape of its body.
"Why hello," the shape said.
"Your...a wolf!" I said backing away slowly.
The wolf started coming closer. He was big, bigger then any wolf I've ever seen.
I tried to get as far away from the wolf as possible, but after a few yards I bumped into a tree, I know I should have looked where I was walking, but when a big bad wolf is coming towards you I bet you would have bumped into the tree to.
When the wolf finally got to me instead of eating me he sniffed my basket.
"What's in that basket?" The wolf said while trying to open it.
"Just some food for my grandmother," I said pulling the basket away.
"And where does your grandmother live?" The wolf asked suspiciously.
"Just down the creek," I answered.
The wolf nodded his head and then started to walk away.
"Goodbye little girl," he said walking away.
When I couldn't see him anymore I ran as fast as I could towards my grandmothers house. Never looking back.
