Ruby's P.O.V

"GET THE HELL OFF ME FREAKS!!!!!!! WHY DO YOU KEEP SHOWING UP!!!!!!!!" She lodged her guantlet into the face of another fusion, ripping it apart from the inside and seperating the shard, only for it to split into two seperate entities. "SHI-" Her wind was knocked loose and she was sent sprawling across the floor. The creatures gathered, pulling and tugging on her little gem until she gained the energy to send them howling in the other direction. "GET. AWAY. FROM. ME!!!!!!!!"

Suddenly, the crowd parted, to reveal a much bigger monster. It tossed aside the lifeless bodies of the other shard fusions, ripping their gems, and taking it for one of its own! Centipeedle's gem acted as its eye, floating freely in the fluid of its head. Slimy tendrils struck out from it's shoulder and reached up high for one of the gems laying dormant within a bubble. It pulled it down, working to build its shoulder over the gem, burying it inside quickly to join the other's fate. It had even confused the stale potatoe CHAAPS bag (bubbled by Steven years ago) for a gem as well, that stuck out of place from its hip.

"CR4@!#Et$! Become......paa3rrrtttt*&:?#!" It moaned in broken language.

Ruby stood to her feet, a single tear grazing her cheek as she readied herself for defeat.

It came closer, dragging it's slender octopus arms across the ground. She fixated her eyes on the horrible monstrosity...and with it, a giant orb of corrupted, fragmented gems woven together in a tight bundle at the center of it's body.

"I...I know what you are......." She swallowed, the lump in her throat gradually growing. Her fingers worked to wipe away the crowding tears. "I know why you're here!"

It raised it's elongated face to stare into her eyes.

"You...you're just a brief reminder of what ha-happened 5, 750 years ago.....right!"

"CrrrrRRREEEEEEAAAAAKKKKKKK!!!!" It screeched in exasperation. It's bony jaw dropping, revealing sharp saber like teeth.

"You-You're an example of wha-what Ho-Homeworld thinks of fusion...." She circled around it's proximity slowly, but it remained still, the gem used as an eye revolving around it's head to watch her. Yet, no one made sudden movements. The loud breathing from other fusions that surrounded, filled the room. "You think....th-that what I did was a mistake...and tha-that I should pay for it! Well..." She looked down at her gem and memories braced her saddened soul. Sapphire...-

"Ruby St-stop, your embarrassing me in front of Steven!"

"Ah, Ruby...ooohhh....I-I love you so much! AH!"

"Ruby, let's make Steven's birthday the best he's ever had!" -

-Ruby clenched her hands tightly and looked up with angry menacing eyes. "WELL YOU THOUGHT WRONG!!!!!!!!!!"

It's mouth agape; sharp, thick tusks jutting out from the corners, pushing the face back like a hood so that it hung down like a gushy, limp piece of fat, and let out a blood curdling, ear piercing scream as Ruby launched herself at it.
