"American roots grown with Samoan roots."

Ayyyee this is so true for me tho (and ik it's not just me so comment if this you too) but, all my life, I've been living in America. And ima tell yous; I love living in America with all my friends that I met along the way and living with my fam.

But, my heart and soul always belonged and still is right now to the beautiful island, American Samoa. Why? Cuz I always stay true to my own roots, it's never ever been forgotten for me. I always try to connect by listening to Poly/reggae music, wearing some Samoan clothes like wearing an 'ie lavalava, or trying learn that darn language.

Yes, I've been learning that language and ima tell you it's hard afudge since I don't speak it everyday but ima "work in progress" 😂😂😂 lmao. The key for me to learn is reading those Samoan news articles 😂😂 (I actually did that today tho, lmaoo) Anyways, for everyone out there, remember your roots and never forget them where ever you go in life. 😊❤👌
