Celeste's P.O.V

I had to go into the forest. Well, it was more jungle than forest. Either way, it's a horrible place and I had to go into that lab to be properly equipped. Not that my sword and armor weren't enough, but I needed a little more than that.  So I went down there, to the lab, where I did all my special studies. I was working on gravity boots, but couldn't get them to work. It's as if they need a special power source. Anyway, I didn't go down there to get them anyways. I went for my M.P.W, my Multi Purpose Wristband. It's disguised as a normal wristband that's made of metal, but turns into a cross bow that is attached to my wrist and it has infinite arrows: normal, flaming, and exploding arrows that are detonated by a remote that's on my utilIty belt. It also turns into a shield that is as durable as my armor, and it's made out of Byzantian steel, it is also attached to the band. The last thing it turns into is a metal gauntlet, that is also made out of Byzantian steel.

I needed better protection on my feet than I had at the moment, so I wore my gravity boots anyways. They're kinda like regular boots but made out metal, not Byzantian steel though. And even if the thing they were previously used for doesn't work, they're pretty stylish. I you like black metal boots, then they're perfect for you.

After I got my equipment, I set out. I set out for the impossible job. Damn the idiot who made that monstrosity. I sighed aloud at that last comment of mine. I was the Damn idiot that made the beast. It was an experiment. A morph. Basically alchemy.At the last second, before it formed, it changed. It went bad and killed so many innocent people before escaping into the jungle. It was my responsibility to take care of it. I kept walking. I walked until I was deep in the jungle. That's when I heard it. A scream. A man's scream. I ran in the direction as fast as I could, hoping that it wasn't the Beast, and that it hadn't found an innocent person. I ran like, not only my life depended on it, but the other life did to.
