JACKS POV

I rolled over to marks side and moved my arm going to put it on his chest but instead hitting the air. I slowly open my eyes confused. I rub my head and notice my arm covered in bite marks and brusies I blush remembering last night I close my eyes and stretch. Swinging my legs over the bed and placing my feet on the floor I see that I'm in my boxers and on the floor is a trail off rose petals leading outside the door. I smile and follow them out the door remembering the ring today was the day and I was feeling terrified. I push the feelings back and open the door following the rose petals my smile widens as I feel two strong arms wrap around my midsection I automatically throw my head back and feel marks head on my shoulder.

"Happy Valentine's Day Sean"

He whispers kissing my neck and squeezing my stomach slightly I giggle and move my hand bringing marks face close to mine kissing him I feel him smirk and he pulls away. I walk to the kitchen and bend over to grab a bowl and hear a text notification standing straight I put the bowl on the table and look over to mark to see him on his phone. I roll my eyes and grab some coco pops and pour them into a bowl I run to the fridge and grab the milk once it's done I sit down opposite Mark stuffing my face with cereal.

"Whats the plan today?"

I ask Mark as I finish and put the bowl in the sink.

"Erm go to a restaurant then Netflix"

He mumbled I sigh and look down at him

"I'm going to take a shower"

As I walk upstairs I hear Mark stand and move something around I don't question it and walk to the shower.

~time skip to when Mark and jack are ready~

I slip the ring box into my hoodie pocket and zip it pulling my moonwalkers onto my feet I trot down the stairs and run my hands in my hair.

"Jack? You ready?"

Mark shouts from outside I shake my hands and smile walking towards him I kiss him on the cheek. He smiles and starts to walk I follow behind him my hands in my hoodie pockets I spin the ring box. My attention focused on the floor Mark grabs my hand from my pocket and stops as we wait for the cars to pass I notice we had been walking for a while.

"Mark how long have we been walking for?"

I look up at him he just smiles

"About 15 minutes"

I blink and smile. I was really out off it I guess I'm just scared. He grips my hand and we start walking. I had never been around this part of town before so it was new I see the sun set start to lick the sky it was nice I look over the side off a road as there's a single cherry orchid tree standing there the petals sway in the wind as do the branches it was a top a hill away from all the cars the pinkey Sky shinning behind it made it look a nice calming area. We come to a stop outside of a very fancy place. I feel underdressed Mark smirks and kisses me as we walk in I stand there and let Mark do the talking. The waiter leads us to our table it was a nice window seat and there wasn't anyone around us I smile as there is a single rose and two candles set in the middle off the table. We order our food and I take my hoodie off.

"I just wanted to say sorry"

Mark whispers as he takes my hands in his

"Why?"

I say a little scared

"For theses"

He kisses my bite mark and hickey I bite my lip as they where still sensitive.

"Aww don't be daft Mark"

I giggle.

"At least people know that I'm yours"

Mark blushes I smile picking the rose up out off the glass vase based upon the table and putting it in my teeth I smirk and lean closer to Mark he blushes and takes it from my mouth

"Jack behave"

I roll my eyes and pout a smirk on my face I get nervous and look at the floor. Mark puts the rose back in to the case and fixes it he sorts the candles and stretches. I look at the floor twiddling my thumbs. What if he says no. What if I make my self look stupid. Am I going to make him hate me. All these thoughts ran through my mind.

"Jack?.......Jack? Are you ok"

Mark clicks his fingers in front off my face and I snap out off it.
Nodding he smiles and our food arrives. The place wasn't busy. As the waiter puts the food down my heart sinks slightly. Hear we go. I sigh and close my eyes pulling the ring out and keep it hidden under the table I bounce my leg and move my hair from my face

"Mark"

I open my eyes and he looks at me.

"What's up Jack?"

He puts his fork down and tilts his head slightly. My breathing gets uneven and I close my eyes moving out off the chair and getting down on one knee. Like I did at pax prime.

"......Jack!"

His jaw drops and I pull the ring out again like I did at pax prime. A smile on my face

"Mark Edward Fischbach, Will you do me the great honour and make me the happiest little Irishman in the world by becoming my husband"

My voice shakes slightly and I look up at him my hair falling over my eye left eye slightly a small smile on my face I notice the tears pricking at marks eyes and his hands shaking.

"OH MY GOD JACK YES"

He shouts I smile and lean up kissing him the people start to clap and cheer for us. We both blush and I put the ring on his finger. Sitting back in my chair.

"Happy valentines day Mr.McLoughlin"

I smirk and wink at him.

"I wouldn't have it any other way babe"

He leans over the table and I smirk kissing him.
